    Being a woman is wonderful! And also challenging lol. Now, add in the dynamics of working out regularly and it can become a whole situation sometimes!.. We end up facing some obstacles that are unique to us as women, and then different for each woman. Conversely, there are some approaches that tend to differ between men and women, that can actually benefit from becoming more similar. Let's chat!

    The Key to "Staying Motivated"

    Motivation is fleeting, and I want to talk about that! No one is motivated all the time, right? The energy that gets us started on something is not the same as the energy that helps us maintain and finish. This is true in our bodies and in life. If a fitness journey is a lifelong journey, full of ups and downs and twists and turns, how do we stay motivated??

    Walking in Yesterday's Prayers

    How has it already been 6 months since my "New Year, Refined Me" episode? I guess I needed some time to really start to learn how to walk in believing what God said about me. So, here I am! Back at it. I figured a good starting point would be sharing some of my road to here, from office admin to coaching all ages in fitness, cheerleading, and nutrition. In this episode, I share some of the experiences that have helped to shape me as a person and coach. It's amazing to think that 5 years ago I was hoping and praying to be able to dedicate my life to health and fitness. This is only the beginning!
