Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a good leader? In episode four of the LogiPharma podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking to the remarkable Eme Luth, who is reshaping leadership. Currently Executive Director & Global Head of ERP and Corporate Functions IT at Gilead Sciences, Eme has more than 20 years’ experience in the the life sciences supply chain and is considered to be one of the industry’s most revered and unique leaders. In the episode, Eme explains how her ‘servant leadership’ philosophy was shaped by her own negative experiences with managers in the past. She also talks about the mentors who have helped shape a style that is now being championed across various industries. As somebody who puts her staff before anybody else, Eme is revered by her peers and admired by her employees - who she puts before anybody else.
