In this episode, Joris and Sheila interview Angela Rockwell about the AuDHD emotional experience, particularly navigating the chaotic times we live in.Angela is a neurodivergent somatic coach and educator based in the Pacific Northwest. In 2021, they founded Tacocat Wellness, a growing practice dedicated to making wellness and mental health resources more inclusive, accessible, and empowering.Angela brings their own intersectional, neuroaffirming, and decolonial lens to the conversation, offering information and support for ADHD and autistic people who may not know what emotional regulation can look like for them. Many believe that to be regulated is to be eternally calm, or to deny the often harsh realities we live in.
