Death is such a horrible thing and also a Taboo subject! Here Michael gives a few tips on how to Deal with the death of someone close to you. The Following are constructive steps that can help ease the pain: 1. Keep moving!2. Find someone to replace the love lost/find an outlet for the pain3. Get a Therapist/Somebody to talk to discuss that pain4. Buy something with the deceased one's essence/reminds you of that person[Recommend starting a foundation or scholarship for that person]5. Accept that they are gone and Compartmentalize! (Keep pain in one space)---Extra ---6. Do something to let it go and breathe (Meditation, Spa, Massage, Sauna, etc.)7.
