Listen To This Before You Get Married!

Before you say "I Do," listen to this. Marriage is beautiful, but it's also stretching, exposing, refining, and sometimes painfully revealing. In this episode, we talk about the things no one warns you about before getting married: expectations vs. reality, communication struggles, intimacy, finances, pride, trauma, and the spiritual weight of becoming one.  If you think love alone is enough... this conversation might challenge you. We share the lessons we've learned, the mistakes we've made, the hard conversations that shaped us, and what we wish someone had told us before walking down the aisle. This isn't about fairytales; it's about covenant, growth, and choosing each other daily, even when it's hard.  Whether youre single, dating, engaged, or already married, this episode will help you examine your heart, your motives, and your readiness.  Marriage doesn't fix you. It reveals you.  Watch this before you get married.

    The Shame Nobody Talks About

Shame is one of the most powerful and silent forces shaping our lives. It hides in secrecy, feeds addiction, fuels anxiety, and convinces us we are broken beyond repair. In this episode, The Shame Nobody Talks About, we confront the real kinds of shame people carry but rarely admit out loud, shame from watching porn, addiction, substance abuse, sexual sin, secrets, mistakes, and things we've done... but also the shame placed on us by others through abuse, rejection, control, humiliation, and trauma. Shame doesnt just come from our actions, it can come from what was done to us. I walk through: Common behaviors that create deep shame How shame fuels anxiety, doubt, and spiritual distance. Ways shame is inflicted on people without their consent The difference between conviction and condemnation Why shame keeps people stuck and silent How God actually responds to shame, and it's not what most people expect This episode isn't about pointing fingers or pretending we're perfect. It's about exposing shame for what it really is and learning how to bring it into the light.  Through Scripture and personal reflection, I share how God invites us to lay down shame, break free from its grip, and step into healing, peace, and a closer relationship with Him. You don't overcome shame by hiding it, you overcome it by surrendering it to the One who already knows you and still calls you loved. If you've ever felt unworthy, distant from God, anxious, stuck in a cycle you can't break, or afraid to be fully known, this conversation is for you. You are not alone. You are not beyond redemption. And shame does not get the final word. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.  Romans 8:1

The Secret I've Been Hiding For Years

EPISODE 1: The Truth the Church Doesn't Talk About: My Secret, My Testimony, Our Redemption The episode is raw. It's uncomfortable. And it's something the Christian community doesn't talk about enough. In the very first episode of this podcast, I'm exposing hard truths about Christianity, church culture, and the silence that often surrounds real struggles. For the first time ever, I'm sharing a huge secret from my past, something no one knows until now.  I open up about my life before Christ, including my time on OnlyFans, the shame, the confusion, and the identity crisis that came with it. This isn't for shock value; this is about honesty. About what grace actually looks like when your past doesn't fit the perfect "Christian image". Alongside me is my husband Jordan Giordano, as we share our story of redemption, transformation, and finding Christ together. We talk about what it really means to be saved, how God met us in the middle of our mess, and how faith isn't about pretending to be clean; it's about being made new. This episode is for: The ones who feel judged by the church The ones who think their past disqualifies them  The ones who love Jesus but hate the hypocrisy The ones who need to know theyre not to far gone If you've ever felt like you don't belong in Christian spaces, this episode is for you. Grace is real. Redemption is possible. And the truth deserves to be told.   Find my other socials here: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fitness_nala?igsh=MXI5N2E2NndieDN3dQ%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Youtube: https://youtube.com/@nalarayy?si=Jpenp6mBiXFqR5bE Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@nalaray?_r=1&_t=ZP-93URiT5yjXT
