I came across a reel on Instagram by Bee De La Cruz about "Postpartum Advice". When I saw it and read what she shared, I knew I had to share it on here. It's not the kind of advice everyone wants to hear, let alone share, but it's the hard truth.

Sharing those challenges help other mothers learn and grow throughout their motherhood journeys!
