This week we start with a trip to Denmark for a christening before drifting into a conversation about old friends and the strange nostalgia that comes with seeing people you haven’t spoken to in years.   We also get into the versatility of swearing and how words like “f**k”, “s**t” and “p**s” can mean completely different things depending on the situation, tone or context.   As always it’s a mix of stories, observations and completely unnecessary opinions.

This week we cover a bit of everything. From strays and unexpected encounters to the workplace characters everyone has to deal with at some point, we share a few stories about the people who make work far harder than it needs to be. We also fall down a celebrity conspiracy rabbit hole and talk about the internet’s reaction to the recent Brit Awards appearance of Sharon Osbourne and Kelly Osbourne. As always, it’s honest conversation, a bit of chaos, and plenty of opinions along the way.

This week we go from virtual reality headsets to very real culture debates. We talk about how VR is being used in ways people probably didn’t expect, and how technology is changing behaviour faster than society can keep up. From there we get into a deeper conversation about prejudice — including racism, homophobia and transphobia — how those attitudes are formed, and how they’re sometimes weaponised in modern debates. We also discuss the idea of being offended on someone else’s behalf, “lived experience,” and where accountability ends and performative outrage begins. As always, it’s honest, unfiltered, and open to both sides.

This week’s episode goes from dark to ridiculous and back again.   We talk about the disturbing trend of online “games” exploiting animals for money, the ongoing public conversation around Prince Andrew, and what feels like a full-blown stupidity pandemic in modern culture.   As always, we go off on a few tangents along the way before wrapping things up with listener submissions.   Heavy topics. Honest opinions. No neat conclusions.

This week we get into who really benefits when systems fail.   We talk about musicians being ripped off by promoters and record labels, why deepfake porn took so long to be addressed legally, and how social media still creates space for predators — even though you can never truly know who you’re talking to online.   Power, anonymity, and the people who exploit both.   As usual, we don’t claim to have the answers — but we’re asking the questions.

We start off wholesome and somehow end up in very dark territory. This week we talk about our kids’ options evening, what school was actually like for us growing up, and how language changes meaning over time — including a very British word that’s somehow both a meatball and a slur. As usual, things escalate, and we finish with a short, uncomfortable chat about the Epstein files and why certain names never seem to face consequences. Light parenting chat. Heavy undertones. Classic us.

This week the boys cover the important stuff — buying a new car, a parking dispute that got way too serious, and whether Barbie trying to be inclusive actually works or just feels forced.   Opinions, arguments, and the usual nonsense.
