Still Standing - Episode 3- Anger Is Normal, Your Response Is The Test

In this episode, I’m talking about anger. Not the “anger is bad, breathe through it” crap. I mean real anger. The kind that shows up when you feel disrespected, betrayed, overwhelmed, or just tired of carrying everything.I break down where anger actually comes from, why it gets misunderstood, and how it can cover up heavier stuff like grief, fear, shame, and heartbreak. I also get into what anger does to relationships when you let it run the show, and how you can harm someone without ever raising your voice.

Still Standing - Episode 2- Emotions You're Afraid to Admit

In this conversation, I discuss the challenges men face due to traditional masculinity, emphasizing the emotional isolation that arises from not seeking help. I highlight the importance of building emotional skills and relationships outside of romantic partnerships to avoid repeating generational patterns of dependency.

Still Standing - Episode 1 - Welcome to the Oaks Project

In this first episode, I’m laying it out exactly as it is, no filters, no fake positivity, no “grindset mindset” bullshit. I’m not a guru, I’m not a therapist, and I’m definitely not here to tell you how to live your life.
