We also tackle the deeper stuff, feeling unworthy of rest, the belief that doing nothing is "wasting time," and the pressure to always go above and beyond at work (even when you're running on fumes). They breaks down how to talk to your employer about needing a mental health day, what to actually do on your day off to support your mind, and when it might be time to bring in a therapist for extra support.
