The People of Nature Podcast
by People of Nature Podcast
Today’s India is rife with environmental issues from habitat loss, climate change, wildlife extinction and lack of tribal welfare. However, in the burning fire of environmental destruction, there is a shortage of positive life stories reaching the public. To assuage this need, we are releasing our new podcast People of Nature. This podcast amplifies unheard voices in India's conservation landscape. It has conservation optimism stories of people working in remote areas and challenging environments including tribal conservationists, female and transgender wildlife biologists, and scientists belonging to economically backward classes. The podcast aims to inspire the young generation to take environmental issues seriously and appreciate the work of the unnamed heroes who work towards achieving a better planet irrespective of societal pressures and challenges. The podcast will bring forth positive career stories in the world of eco-anxiety.
