Jessica Holland, Intuitive Spiritual Guide, Bufo Facilitator and Entheogenic Integration Specialist

Jessica Holland was needing some form of NDE or near death experience. She was tired of her path in life and came upon the "god molecule" which was from the Incilius alvarius toad secretions. These toads live in the Sonoran desert in Mexico and Arizona. When vaporized, the 5 Meo DMT in the secretions causes awareness of the divinity in all of us as well as ego dissolution. It is a quick almost felt process rather than a hallucinogenic process. In this podcast, you will understand where this sacred medicine comes from, how it is extracted and vaporized for a spiritual almost near death experience that brings you greater awareness in life.  www.thepractice-podcast.comBy DT Grant Podcast Disclaimer: This podcast is for informational purposes only and shouldn't be considered legal advice with regards to health or other. A Taste of my Own Medicine with Donald Hankinson, Osteopathic Medical Physician

Donald started his unique journey in a world of unknowns following the signs that brought him one place to the next. Just as he wrote in one of his songs, "when you are lost and can't find your way, just remember there's a road." And that is exactly how Donald has lived his life, with faith that the path would unfold before him. After college, he was curiously brought from one place to the next ultimately leading him to osteopathy- something that I relate to in my own life. After becoming an osteopathic teaching fellow, a path that I also fell into, he worked on a reservation for the national health service corp before starting his own primary care practice combining general practice with osteopathic manipulation. After many years, I met him before his transition out of primary care into a group practice offering osteopathic manipulation, that which distinguishes us from MD or allopathic physicians. A few years later, while spending an extra year in medical school as a fellow, I became his assistant while teaching his first osteopathic medicine "Phase" course. Donald was one of my first mentors amongst many, something that is common practice in this work. Listen to this podcast to get a deeper understanding of the intricacies of the hands-on practice of osteopathy and some of the meaning behind this work.  www.thepractice-podcast.comBy DT Grant Podcast Disclaimer: This podcast is for informational purposes only and shouldn't be considered legal advice with regards to health or other. Penny Farrow- Classical Indian Astrologer

I had been advised by my vedic astrologer, Mahadev, to study Jyotish or Classical Indian Astrology. I thought I would never have time for this much more spiritual form of astrology, but when COVID struck, I was immediately led to Penny and joined her classes for a number of years.Penny is a brilliant woman who fell into a spiritual practice soon after a masters at Cornell University. This led her to Classical Indian Astrology, and she never looked back. She runs ongoing classes to students all over the world in varying time zones from basics to the most complex aspects of this form of astrology- an incredibly spiritual and complex science and art with various facets that help broaden our perspective of an individual, their surroundings, world events, amongst other circumstances and situations. www.thepractice-podcast.comBy DT Grant Podcast Disclaimer: This podcast is for informational purposes only and shouldn't be considered legal advice with regards to health or other.
