The Primetime with Mason and Doug

And we're BACK! Mason and Doug start season 3 off with an episode going over the offseason - giving you a heads up of what to expect. Then we talk strategy for re-signs, trades, auctions, and the draft.

We've got a recap of our Toilet Bowl games, and of course the SUPER BOWL! Wentz You Wish Upon A Star won their first MFFL Super Bowl in team history in what was a CRAZY match! We then have an exclusive interview with the champion himself, Ben. A quick rundown of the 2026 MFFL Draft order, other cool stats, and a little easter egg at the end. What is up?? Come on, you knew we were going to (try) to make an episode happen, right? Doug is on location in Wisconsin, and Mason is on location in Pittsburgh. Somehow, it would seem we were able to throw together an episode even though we weren't able to record together this week. Doug will go over the Conference Championship games, and Mason will do the MFFL Super Bowl Rapid Fire. No promises the audio quality is up to our normal standards - scratch that, they aren't. But hopefully you can at least hear it it okay over the road noises in the car, hahaha!

Mason and Doug break down their thoughts about the Cleveland Browns and what we do as fans of this team...we'll call it. Doug is only somewhat having an NFL fandom crisis.

Week 9 is in the books and what a week it was! Of course we make our picks for week 10...which was a bit more difficult this week. We had a big trade - we talk about that and the trade deadline. Also, one team in the league has officially locked a playoff spot...who was it?!

We also give the updated Power Rankings at the end of the episode. Sorry for the occasional screaming child in the background - that would be my roommate's infant...

The 13th season of the MFFL starts TODAY! We break down EACH match in week 1 (since there are no recaps!) and make our picks for the winning teams of week 1. Just like last season, Mason and I will track our picks all season long and see who can predict the winners, week by week.Then, we go down the Preseason Power Rankings as voted by YOU (most of you). This will serve as our starting point for Power Rankings throughout this season.Here - we - GO!

THE DRAFT IS OVER! Mason (from across the pond) and I take a look at each team and figure out who had a solid draft, made some good value picks, needs time to decide whether or not it was good, who won, and who we're still scratching our heads over. It was a good one this year, gents!

Mason and Doug are joined with Erec, owner of the Great Value Horseys, to do the final mock draft before our 2025 MFFL Draft. How have things changed with all the moves the league has made, and of course how the NFL has changed over the last few months? There's also a little announcement at the end pertaining to the MFFL salary cap and we strategize a bit - providing some tips and tricks for you before THE DRAFT!

Another episode we recorded in early June, this is nearly the entire list of free agents in the auction. As usual, Mason and I talk about value and strategy for this auction. We also had recorded a mock draft...but I think we're going to do another one instead!

And we're back! Now that the new MFFL studio is basically set up, we get get these episodes out. This was recorded in early June...so sorry if there's info that has become dated. We go over the results of the restricted free agent auction, a trade that had happened just before we recorded, and a little history involving a trade with the Brewers and Wentz You Wish Upon A Star.

Mason and Doug go over each team's salary cap situation in the MFFL, then break down the restricted free agent auction - who's in it and how much is reasonable for the players. We talk strategy, tips, and tricks! Careful though...our teams were pretty mediocre last year!

Mason and Doug discuss the NFL draft and how where players were drafted affects their draft stock in the MFFL. How many QBs will go in the first round?!

What is UP, MFFL?! Mason and I interview Brandon, the owner of Danger Zone and long time MFFL member. Then the three of us do a MFFL Mock Draft - 2.0, in fact. We talk a little strategy and, in this imaginary situation, mess up most of your teams. Here. We. GO.

In our first episode of season 2, Mason and Doug talk about the big trades that have happened in the MFFL and give a little advice on making trades in the league - we see you all salivating over the new team's draft picks. Then we go over the big NFL moves with free agents and trades and assess how that effects our league. Here we go!

Doug and Mason take a deep dive and look at the top players hitting restricted free agency in the MFFL this offseason. Who is likely to re-signed and who could be available for us to place bids on? Let's get into it!

Mason and Doug talk about what happened to the tight end position this season...was it really as bad as we thought? Through that, we talk a little about figuring out value for our auctions in the offseason. Plus, MFFL Commissioner Doug talks about 2025 with a pretty big announcement and how we handle said announcement. Let's get into it!
