The process of producing DDW water explained
by Ari Lyman
At Touch of Hope, our nonprofit is committed to tackling global water challenges, particularly the depletion of water, through innovative solutions like deuterium-depleted water (DDW). Water depletion occurs when freshwater resources are drastically reduced or exhausted due to overuse, pollution, climate change, and unsustainable practices such as excessive groundwater extraction or deforestation, threatening ecosystems and access to clean water for drinking, agriculture, and sanitation. By promoting DDW, which has lower deuterium levels and potential health and environmental benefits, alongside sustainable water management and community-driven projects, Touch of Hope aims to combat water scarcity and foster resilience in vulnerable communities. Join us in ensuring a sustainable future where water remains a vital resource for all.

Advancing Clean Water Education and ResearchTouch of Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing education, research, and global access to clean water initiatives. Our work includes supporting ongoing scientific exploration related to deuterium-depleted water (DDW), a form of purified water with reduced levels of deuterium, a naturally occurring form of hydrogen. Our mission is rooted in education, transparency, and responsible research. We work to support independent study, prototype development, and pilot programs that explore innovative approaches to clean water access for communities worldwide. Why It MattersAccess to clean water remains a global challenge. By supporting research, education, and infrastructure development, we aim to help expand knowledge and awareness around emerging water purification technologies while promoting equitable access to clean water resources. How Your Support HelpsDonations to this campaign help us:Support independent research and educational initiativesDevelop and test clean water purification prototypesLaunch pilot programs in underserved and research-focused settingsExpand global clean water education and outreach effortsEvery contribution, regardless of size, helps advance responsible research and education focused on clean water solutions.Thank you for being part of our mission.
