Rachel and Bryan go over the late Mark Brnovich's heart attack causing his death a week ago, which Rachel believes was caused in part due to the State Bar of Arizona spending months investigating bogus complaints against him filed by Katie Hobbs over Brnovich's attempts to crack down on election wrongdoing. Rachel wrote a tribute to Brno going over all of his election integrity work, which included asking for a criminal investigation into Hobbs.

Conservative attorney Vlad Gagic tells how he ran into stonewalling from RINO Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell when a woman recanted her story that his client, a young black man, had engaged in improper sexual behavior when she was a minor. Unable to get justice from prosecutors, he went to X to expose the story. He was silenced with a restraining order, had his law license suspended for a year, and is now facing criminal charges. Rachel interviews conservative attorney Jeffrey Moffatt and his wife Star about the lawfare he has experienced since 2014. Because they both ran for office as Republicans in California, the corrupt State Bar of Arizona came after him and disbarred him over a flirtatious exchange he had with a woman on Facebook (well-connected attorneys and judges who have actually engaged in sexual misconduct were only censured, put on probation, or suspended for 1-2 years). Then California prosecutors brought charges against him for merely inadvertently checking the wrong box on a federal form for his work representing disabled people trying to obtain benefits from the SSA, stating that he was an attorney (he'd been checking that box for years and didn't notice) - but you don't even NEED a law license to represent them!
