22 - Master Your Life Transformation: How to Hire the Right Coach for Success
This podcast is for Men who grew up without fathers, learning to be better men. Today's show is a question about How to Hire the Right Coach for SuccessQuestion: Is there a person/specialist I could talk to that bluntly focuses specifically on how to improve my life? This is coming from a person who feels like they never had a strong male role model in life. This would be ideally somebody who tells me bluntly what to do, not just make me feel good. I'm not interested in a regular therapist because it seems like they don't have my best interest in mind. Its like they just want to prescribe meds and make you numb from the pain of life.I would say I'm in a very good headspace right now but as I grow up there's always these “aha” moments where everything just clicks. Its like why didn't somebody properly advise me on growing up if you follow me.Its only now about 2 years after moving out of my parents house that I really feel in control of my life. There's so much I feel I didn't learn from my 20's that I wish I learned. Now also as I get older its hard to reach out to anybody because people expect you to have your life together.

I’m doing school and I’ve worked a couple of jobs and it’s all so unfulfilling. Sometimes I think about saying fuck it and doing all the things I want to do while I’m young, and do all this boring shit when I’m older. I mean, what sense does it have to do all the cool shit when your 60? Don’t you think we have it backwards? And by the way I acknowledge how immature this mindset is. It may be selfish, but haven’t you guys ever thought like this? Do you guys ever get fed up with the mundanity of life?

17 - Why You Should Carefully Consider the Pros and Cons Before Taking a Supervisor Job
Why You Should Carefully Consider the Pros and Cons Before Taking a Supervisor JobToday's podcast a guy in one of the groups asked a pretty specific question I thought was good to make a video on. It got some pretty good engagement so I felt a lot of other guys might have similar questions or wonder how to think this through, so I decided to share my thoughts on what my experiences were with taking supervisor roles. The pros and cons I looked at that helped me make a decision on whether to move up to a management role or stay at the regular jobs.Question: So for shits and giggles I applied for a supervisor job at my place of employment. It’s a union plant so I’d be getting out of the union which I’m really not too fond of. Unsure if it’ll be a pay raise as I wasn’t offered the job yet. I just had my interview today which I think went pretty good. But pay will have a big impact if I accept the job or not. Those of you who took supervisor jobs do you regret or enjoy the transition? What are some of the pros and cons of being a supervisor?

15 - Cutting Back on Alcohol at 31: The hangovers wreck me. Who Can Relate?
This Podcast is for Men who grew up without fathers, learn how to be men.Us fatherless men, We don’t have a community. We don’t have a podcast or a place to talk about dude stuff. How to be a man. The problems we face everyday. Even how to Heal from having no father..that is a step in the journey for us that Nobody talks about that..With This podcast & this community, you’re going to Learn how to be a successful man in all areas of life. Also will be a place to talk about your issues.Tell me if you can relate to this, have you went out had a few drinks… maybe a few drinks too many and then you wake up the next morning and your destroyed the whole day when you didn't used to? After a night of drinking did you skip your workout, or cancel plans you have made with somebody or basically sit in your dark man cave and watch TV all night? Then Maybe you thought that it might be time to slow your roll on them drinks cuz it's starting to affect some real stuff in your life. Then this episode should sound familiar to you. A guy in the community asked a question & put it out there that they're struggling with this & were going to talk about it on today's show. And here's his question:I'm 31. Alcohol wrecks me? Anyone else had to significantly cut back?I've always had a lower tolerance to alcohol but damn.. I turned 31 this past week. That plus Valentines day and my anniversary of meeting my fiancee led me to drink more than usual. We (fiancee and I) did dry January and wow. I felt consistently better. This past week I've felt like shit. Two nights ago we went out and got a beer. Then later got cocktails. The bartender really hooked us up and I was too tipsy to drive for the rest of the night. I couldn't sober up and my fiancee had to drive.I'm still feeling off.. if I bring this up to older guys they laugh it off. I've worked with dudes who drink several beers a day.But I've been hearing more people my age experience the same as me. Can we collectively not handle alcohol like past generations?
