This first episode is the story behind The Redefined Project — where it started, how I lost my direction, and why this work matters so much to me now.After five years at university and doing everything I was “supposed” to do, I found myself over $100,000 in debt, with no clear job path and a growing disconnect between the life I thought I was building and the one I was actually living. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and quietly questioning whether I’d made the right choices.In this episode, I talk honestly about that period — the pressure, the mistakes, the identity loss — and how it forced me to look at myself and my life differently.More importantly, I share what came next: how working with everyday people opened my eyes to a huge gap between busy professionals and the way nutrition, training, and “health” are often taught.
