    Ep. 5: FOMO/JOMO

One of the most essential points in life is actually to live it. We go to parties, hang out with friends, etc., but sometimes, the hype of it all doesn't live up to the act. Sometimes, you'll get there and realize you'd rather relax in isolation without outside disturbances. Or sometimes you'll turn plans and wish you were there. In this Wednesday's episode, I will discuss FOMO(fear of missing out) and JOMO(joy of missing out). I'll speak about the ways that it affects me and what I do to overcome it. As you can tell I'm still getting comfortable with this so bear with me!! Tune in, turn it up, and enjoy!!! My Socials ☆☆☆⭒⭒⭒ Instagram Episode Submission [email protected]

Ep. 4: The Sabbat Series: Mabon

Hey, hey, hey!!! As September is ending, there are many things to do. One such thing, for pagan practitioners is to celebrate Mabon. On the 23rd of September, those within the Northern Hemisphere observe the Autumn Equinox. It's a time to open doors to change and give thanks to nature and the deities you wish for, making the second harvest plentiful. In this episode, I talk about the lore and various celebrations in which one can partake to commemorate this holiday. I hope you enjoy and have a blessed Mabon!!

Ep. 3: finding joy in the small things.

Hello! Hello! So this Wednesday's episode is "finding joy in the small things"!! Lately, I've fallen under various amounts of pressure, whether internal or external. It got so bad that I fell into a depressive slump, which I tried to pull myself from. As I was doing this, it suddenly hit me that other people may feel the same I do and have trouble bouncing back. So, in this week's ep, I'll speak on small things I find joy in and how I try to overcome a negative mindset. Also, this is the first segment in my "Mental Health Check-in" series, where I stop and check in with you all. Tune in and happy listening!! Ep. 2: GIFTED KID SYNDROME...

Hi, my lovelies!! As it rolls into my fourth week of college, I've come to the realization that I'm paranoid about failure. As classes move past introductory material, tests become more complex, the assignments that count more towards your grade come into play, and your averages fluctuate based on your performance. If you're so used to getting A's and B's but are scrambling around the moment your grades drop, stick around. You'll relate to this episode. In this week's episode, I'll be discussing gifted kid syndrome, aka gifted kid burnout. I will be talking about the societal, academic, and internal pressures one is typically under when they are labeled "gifted." I'll speak on mental and academic issues that can arise from it and how I try to overcome them. My Socials ☆☆☆⭒⭒⭒ Instagram Twitter Episode Submission
