Trudeau Resigns, Trump's Tariffs, and Edmonton's Hockey Future
This week, we dive into major political and social developments in Canada and beyond. First, we break down Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s resignation and what it means for the future of the Liberal Party with the upcoming election. Then, we analyze the tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump and Premier Danielle Smith’s efforts to negotiate exceptions for Alberta’s energy sector. We also discuss a growing drug epidemic affecting a community in the Northwest Territories. Finally, we turn to the ice—examining the Edmonton Oilers’ goaltending struggles and looking at a PWHL game held in Edmonton, causing us to wonder whether the city could finally land its own PWHL team!

Tech Trends and Unsung Heroes
On today's Episode of the Relevance Report we discuss how going the extra mile can impact many parts of our lives. We have the opportunity to talk with Cpl. Troy Savinkoff about impaired driving in Canada.We follow up with a discussion with an ETS bus driver, Clayton Cadiuex, about his experience driving in Edmonton. Moving toward changes in education, we talked with Ian Tuckey about his experience as a teacher. Lastly, we have the opportunity to learn about changes in technology through Dolby Atmos with MacEwan University Music Professor Padraig Buttner-Schnirer.
