Penn State DuBois Garrett Brown stops in and discusses his team's season and preparation for the upcoming PSUAC playoffs. It's also the final baseball season for the school, which will shut down soon. Coach Brown has been a player, assistant coach or head coach for the Lions since the program was re-started 11 seasons ago.

Track and Field theme as Bucknell's Evie Bliss and Brookville's Hayden Freeman stop by to talk about big performances. Bliss threw a personal-best and No. 1 NCAA javelin at Bucknell's Bison Outdoor Classic while Freeman ran a PIAA Class 2A outdoor best 100 and 200 dash at the DeMans Team Sports Invitational.

Former Major Leaguer Joe Beimel drops by and talks about the 25th anniversary of his MLB debut with the Pirates in 2001. Rich and Joe also discuss his place on the D9 MLB Dream Team, the new MLB ABS system, the Pirates signing Konnor Griffin to an extended deal and Joe's baseball card collection.

Sheana Mosch, District 9's all-time leading girls' basketball scorer with over 3,000 points, stops in to talk about her days at DuBois Central Catholic, growing up playing Little League in Clearfield, college basketball and two Final Four trips at Duke, 11 years playing overseas and her current AAU basketball program.

Pat Lewis is the longtime coach of the Penn State DuBois women's basketball coach, in his 19th season. He also coached the Cameron County girls' basketball team for 24 seasons. Coach Lewis talks about recruiting in District 9 and how basketball has evolved since the early days. He explains what the coming shot clock means for the high school game.

Grove City College sophomore and D9 native Mason Clouse (Redbank Valley) reviews his football season with the Wolverines, who reached the NCAA Division III playoffs. Clouse was a Presidents Athletic Conference 2nd Team defensive back. Brookville's Mick Stormer talks about his trip to the UWW Veterans Freestyle World Championships in Hungary. Stormer, 43, is an assistant coach for the Brookville Raiders high school wrestling program.

USA Track and Field women's javelin champion Evie Bliss (D9 native, Rimersburg) is back at Bucknell after her whirlwind summer season that saw her finish 19th at the World Championships in Tokyo. She and throws coach Ryan Protzman are both D9 natives as Protzman is a Moniteau graduate. They both recap and review what happened this summer and what's next as Bliss begins her junior year this fall.

DuBois native Greg Mamula is the head coach of the Blue Hens baseball team. He recalls his days in Little League and playing for his father Larry with the Beavers in high school. Mamula played at St. Bonaventure University before embarking on a college coaching career that also made stops at Shippensburg, West Chester, Cincinnati and Florida International.
