On this episode I talk to my friend Cale Kunick. Cale talks about his family and how he grew up enjoying the outdoors. He also talks about passing that onto his children. Cale is a member of the Crawford County Farm Bureau as well as a leader in the Flying Fur 4H.

This is the first episode of The Rustbelt Outdoors adventures. This series will be recounts of mine and MaryEllen's adventures together. In this episode we tell the story of our third date. A kayaking trip across the Allegheny Reservoir and camping overnight. There is some drama and adventure and even some romance in this.

On this episode of lessons from pop we here from myself, my father Dave Foulds and Mark Hutchinson. All three lessons are valuable the first two focusing on deer hunting and the last one is more of a general lesson that can be applied to life. Although I would argue the first two lessons could be applied to everyday life as well.
