The Sacred Reclamation Podcast

Sacred Reclamation is a community of conscious creators, and the podcast is a collection and celebration of our stories. These conversations serve as medicine and guidance as we each play our unique part in weaving this collective web together. Here, we will explore how we can and how we already are reclaiming the sacredness of birth, life, death, and all the happenings in between. Here, we are reclaiming the art of storytelling. May we relate and see ourselves in each individual's unique story, and may we be reminded of our interconnectedness as sentient beings. May it be so.

Zan speaks about the power of your word and how integrating prayer and movement can exponentially increase your wellbeing. We talk about cycles that we repeat over and over again and how to have more compassion with ourselves when we somehow end up in a place or habit we swore we were done with. 7 Years Ago I Found My Mother Dead

This is my most vulnerable story. I chose to share it here in this way because both me and the story are ready and willing to share. Our stories are our offerings to this world and each other. Like Aisha Badru sings in her song Rooted, "Your story is your offering. You are here for a reason." Maybe someone will see themselves in a piece of my story and they'll feel less alone. Maybe you can't relate, but it sparks compassion in your heart. Or maybe it inspires you to share your story too.It is healing to tell our stories, to loosen our grasp on the hardest things we've been through, and to accept the knowing that we are not alone. It is medicine for the storyteller and the story receiver. May you find medicine in my story, and may you join me in believing in something better. Loving Yourself Is The Solution to Every Problem That Exists

In this episode, I share my personal journey of how I went from being depressed, unfulfilled, and unhappy, to falling in love with being alive, and how you can do the same for yourself. I talk about podcasting as a spiritual practice, the important role that people who have no clue what everyone is talking about play in society, and why we must reorient ourselves towards love and positivity and away from the ever-evolving and increasing stories of doom and horror. Listen til the end to receive a genuine, uplifting, and inspiring message from me. Spoiler: I believe in you, and you deserve to feel good about yourself and the world! ABOUT THIS SHOW
