This Podcast is dedicated to Empty Nesters. Who are the empty nesters you may have wondered? Anyone who has raised children, that are now grown up and are no longer in need of the day-to-day hands-on looking after of their parents. They may have even moved out of the house, (warning: they sometimes come back). However, even then we are not as hands-on with them as we were when they were younger. This being said, those of us that have found ourselves in this elite group, now have a few life adjustments to make. On our podcast, we discuss what those are, the transitions in our lives that tend to accompany this new season, as well as the inevitable challenges that show up from time to time.
