The S.H.I.T gives African-American women in Dallas a voice by bringing together four special individuals who adhere to their own values and individual experiences. The purpose is to show the world that you cannot and will not place black women in a box. Although we come together to celebrate the things that make us one, it’s important to recognize and respect differences within our community.
