The Sister Sessions

I started this podcast because I saw how many women were navigating life, motherhood, work, and identity feeling unseen and unheard. So much of what we carry is done quietly, behind the scenes, and I wanted to create a space where those stories could be spoken out loud without performance or perfection. Sister Sessions exists to have honest conversations with women who are living real, complex lives women who have broken, rebuilt, questioned themselves, and kept going. This podcast is about connection, truth, and reminding women that they are not alone in what they are feeling.

The Sister Sessions - Beyond The Greek Mother

In this first episode of Sister Sessions, Olga the woman behind Big Fat Greek Mother shares the story beyond the character. We talk motherhood, faith, mental health, late blooming, and the season after her third child that changed everything. This is an honest conversation for women who feel called to more, even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet.Because you are more than the roles you play and it’s never too late to become her.
