Money Mindset: How I Plan to Reach My 2026 Income Goal of $500,000

In this episode of The Stacey Flowers Podcast, I'm sharing the real strategy behind my 2026 income goal of $500,000. This isn't about hype or pretending I've already arrived. It's an honest look at how I'm thinking about money, business, and capacity as I build toward this next level. I'm walking through the mindset shifts, financial decisions, and practical strategies I'm using to create sustainable income while still navigating postpartum, breastfeeding, and the realities of motherhood. I want to acknowledge that none of this—including this episode—would be possible without my village: the people, support, and systems that make it possible for me to dream big and build well. Because success and happiness are never a solo journey. If you've ever set a big financial goal and wondered how to pursue it without losing yourself in the process, this episode is for you. Let's talk about what it really takes to build wealth with dignity, intention, and gratitude.

Motherhood at 40 vs. 18: Parenting in Two Seasons of Life

In this episode, I answer a heartfelt question from the community: What's it like being a mom at 40 compared to 18? I reflect on what it means to parent two generations of children while living in two different cities—raising my newborn daughter in Chicago and staying connected to my adult son in Omaha. I share how this new season of motherhood feels different: more peaceful, more supported, and surprisingly joyful. I also explore how being in a healthy, happy partnership has made me a better mom and how my current lifestyle—focused on homemaking, intention, and healing—has changed the way I show up for my family. This is a tender and honest episode about love, growth, and redefining motherhood in a way that honors both who I was and who I've become. 🎧 Tune in for a vulnerable look at what it means to mother through multiple seasons—and to feel good while doing it.

Am I Still a Homemaker If I Make Money? Processing Identity, Purpose & Earning in This Season

In this deeply personal episode, I respond to two thought-provoking questions from my community. The first: "Wasn't your previous content already homemaking?"—a reflection that helped me realize how trauma had shaped my view of myself and my work. The second: "Why does homemaking have to mean not earning income?"—sparked an honest conversation about the fears I had around choosing between building a business and building a home. I open up about how therapy and healing have allowed me to embrace my identity as a homemaker and how I'm learning that creating content can be part of this sacred work. This episode is a vulnerable exploration of dreams, identity, money, and healing.

How to Be Happy in a Hard Season

In this episode of The Stacey Flowers Podcast, I'm sharing a powerful lesson my mom recently taught me about happiness in difficult seasons. You can't skip them, optimize them, or prevent them—you can only learn how to hold on to your happiness inside of them. If you've been feeling the weight of a difficult season, this episode is for you. Tune in to learn how to navigate challenging times without losing your happiness along the way.

    Fear of Success: Limiting Beliefs

(originally published 2018) I've always considered myself to be a pretty fearless person. For a long time, I was willing to let this particular fear linger in my life, but I've reached a point where I can't tolerate it anymore. It's time to face it head-on. The first time I shared this fear out loud was on stage at a conference in Nassau, Bahamas. During the Q&A, an audience member asked if I was afraid of anything. I hesitated but finally admitted: my biggest fear is becoming even more successful. Some people in the audience were shocked, but a few understood. That moment was the spark that started me on a journey—a journey that has led me to where I am now, rebuilding my life while successfully running my company part-time. I've come to realize that the only thing standing between me and the success I deserve and desire is… me. Yes, you read that correctly. I've been holding myself back because of this deep-seated, seemingly irrational fear of success. This episode of the podcast is my out-loud effort to overcome this fear. I've found that I heal and learn best through talking, and today, I'm talking about belief—specifically, the five beliefs I need to release to get over my fear of success. As you listen to this episode, I'd love to hear from you: do you ever experience a fear of success? Is there any fear that holds you back from becoming as successful as you deserve and desire?

11 Things I Am Afraid to Tell You

originally published: 2017 For almost all of my life, I believed the lie that I'm a private person. The truth is I'm an open book. Mostly on stage, rarely on social, and never consistently. The real reason I "wanted" to be a private person is that I am deeply afraid of being misunderstood. Trouble is my platform, passion, and purpose is very much public. So today I'd like to uproot this lie from my self-image. I've talked about each of these fears before in some place at some time but never together. I'm doing it because I just want to live beyond lies and limiting beliefs. So without further ado here are the eleven things I've been afraid to tell you.
