That One Yes: The Power of Pitching Yourself
In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to pitch yourself. I’m sharing a moment that took me back to when I was part of TMCBA, the Marc Coley Business Academy, where we had accountability calls and practiced 30-second pitches. That stayed with me. Recently, I stepped out, trusted myself, and walked into a room and pitched me. No overthinking, just showing up and being clear about my value. And it led to an opportunity. If you’ve ever questioned what you bring to the table, this episode is your reminder that sometimes you don’t wait for a seat… you create the table. 1, 2, 3… Release Em
In this episode, I’m talking about something that really sat with me. I came across Neace Robinson and her song that’s been going viral, and what most people are just now seeing took her over seven years of consistency, showing up, and believing in herself.I went down a rabbit hole and realized she’s been singing and pushing this same song for years, even when nobody was paying attention. And now, doors are opening for her with brands like the NFL, Planet Fitness, Tru Fru, and more.It really made me reflect on my own journey.Sometimes we get discouraged when things don’t happen fast, or when people don’t understand what we’re doing. But this was a reminder for me, and for you, that all it takes is one yes. One moment. One opportunity. So in this episode, I’m encouraging you to keep going, even when it doesn’t look like it’s working yet.And most importantly…1, 2, 3… release em.Release the doubt.Release the fear.Release the opinions. And keep going until you see what you saw.Feel free to contact me [email protected]. Don’t Miss the Invitation
In this episode of The Style and Grace Podcast, I share a reflection that really blessed me while reading Luke 14 and the parable of the Great Banquet. It made me think about how easy it is to say we trust God while still trying to figure everything out on our own. Sometimes the things that distract us aren’t bad things, they’re just the responsibilities and pressures of life. But this passage reminded me that God is still extending the invitation for relationship and trust. Happy New Year | 2026Hey y’all — and Happy New Year!I’m so glad you’re here with me as we step into 2026 together. In today’s episode, I’m talking about a message that reallystirred me — something that’s going to carry us into this new season with purpose, power, and clarity.I was inspired by a sermon from The Brook Church – Columbia with Bishop Moultrie, and a conversation I had with my friend Tiffany. The message reminded me that sometimes God has already given us what we need — we just need to show up, ask, and pour it out.Key Points from the EpisodeThe enemy only attacks revealed purpose. Most of the time, access isn’t denied — it’s unclaimed.God has already given us authority — we just have to claim it.We often already have the resources we need — we just have to steward them and show up in faith.Listen to the message from Bishop Simeon Moutlrie (The Brook Columbia) https://youtu.be/EdA5p_2V8LM?si=SqEbBLq02RhLSc1DLet’s Stay ConnectedFeel free to contact me: [email protected] can also connect with me on social media—links are posted below. Entering the New Year with Intention
In this final episode of 2025, I’m reflecting on the year behind us and preparing our hearts for the year ahead. I talk about trusting God through challenges, resting in His promises, and standing firm on scriptures like Romans 8:28 and the reminder that if God clothes the lilies, how much more will He take care of us.This episode is an encouragement for anyone who didn’t accomplish all their goals, feels weary from the year, or needs reassurance that God is still working. I share personal reflections, talk about discipline and rest, and offer motivation as we step into a new season with intention and faith.I also share details about The Grace Gathering happening in January 2026 and close the episode with a prayer over your next season.Let’s Stay ConnectedFeel free to contact me: [email protected] can also connect with me on social media—links are posted below. Let’s Talk Stewardship
This episode was inspired by a TikTok I was watching where a young lady asked her friend what her goals were for 2026. Instead of listing a bunch of big plans, her friend said she just wants to be a good steward over what God has already given her. That answer really stuck with me.With a new year coming up, it’s so easy to jump straight into vision boards, goal lists, and what we want next. And that’s cool. I love a good plan. But this episode is really about pausing and asking ourselves, what am I doing with what I already have right now? This is not a lecture. It’s a check-in. A reminder that growth doesn’t always look loud, and you don’t have to rush your process.Thank you for walking with me. I hope this episode meets you right where you are and helps you steward your now with intention.Watch the TikTok that inspired this episode:https://www.tiktok.com/@theimaniimani/video/7584245215511219486?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pcLet’s Stay ConnectedFeel free to contact me: [email protected] can also connect with me on social media—links are posted below. The Gratitude Shift
In this episode I talk about how a friend’s story opened my eyes to the real impact of gratitude. Create the Opportunity!
In this episode I talk about a message that stopped me in my tracks this week. I was scrolling through Instagram and came across a reel shared by my friend Cece. The screenshot I landed on said you do not wait for opportunity. You create it. That line pushed me to look at how often we sit back and expect things to fall into place on their own. The truth is simple. Most opportunities show up because we take action and not because we wait for perfect timing.I walk through why creating your own opportunity is a smarter and more realistic strategy. I talk about the psychology behind waiting. I talk about how fear and false timing hold us back. I also break down how to check your intentions so you are not building an assignment that does not belong to you. I encourage you to move with alignment, clarity, and faith in the gifts you already have. This episode includes journal prompts that help you identify what you have been waiting on and what you can start building right now. My goal is to remind you that your gift has value and your movement increases your probability of success.Thank you for tuning in to the Styling Grace podcast. You Have to See It Before You See It!
In this episode, I’m talking about the power of vision, faith, and speaking life over what hasn’t shown up yet. The title says it all — you have to see it before you see it. I share a lesson I learned years ago from my friend and former business coach, Marc Coley, founder of The Marc Coley Business Academy. Marc used to have us introduce ourselves as our future selves — and at the time, it felt so uncomfortable. But now I understand he was helping us train our minds, our words, and our faith to align with the vision God placed inside of us.I also talk about how this mindset shows up in real life — from watching my eight-year-old son speak things into existence, to realizing that faith truly works in the unseen. I even touch on the movie Acrimony as an example of what it looks like to hold on to a vision when nobody else believes it.This episode is your reminder to protect what God showed you, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else. Keep speaking it, keep working toward it, and keep believing until it manifests. Let's Talk Reinvention
If you’ve ever felt behind, stuck, or like you’re not living the life you’re meant to — this episode is for you.In this conversation, I’m opening up about the pressure I’ve put on myself to have life “figured out” by a certain age and what I’ve learned about releasing those timelines. After listening to Mel Robbins’ powerful conversation with Rich Roll, I was reminded of a conversation I had with my dad that shiftedeverything for me.He told me, “I started my life over in my late thirties” Hearing those words gave me peace — because it reminded me that it’s never too late to rebuild, reset, and begin again. In this episode, I’m sharing what I learned from both of those conversations and what it truly takes to reinvent yourself — at any age and at any stage. We’ll talk about:Letting go of society’s timelinesListening to your inner voice when something feels offTurning mistakes into lessonsWhy patience and self-compassion are essential for growthHow to trust that your “starting over” season is part of your storyI’m still healing from putting timestamps on my life, but I’m learning that what’s for me is still for me. The grace in starting over is that you get to rebuild stronger, wiser, and more aligned with who you really are.Journal Prompts for Reinvention:What part of my life feels out of alignment — and what might God be asking me to release? What would my next chapter look like if I stopped being afraid to start over? What lesson did my last setback teach me? Character Over Comfort
Have you ever been in a season where life felt unfair, and you found yourself asking, “Lord, why me?” I’ve been there — feeling like I was doing everything right, yet everything seemed to be falling apart. In this episode, I get real about those moments when you want to throw in the towel, compromise your morals, or question God’s plan.I share my personal story of walking through one of my toughest challenges and how a single message — “God is not concerned with your comfort, He’s concerned with your character” — completely shifted my perspective. We dive into why God allows trials, how to stay grounded and protect your character in the midst of challenges, and the lessons we can learn from Job’s story of endurance and restoration. I also provide scriptures to meditate on, journal prompts to process your journey, and practical ways to lean on community, therapy, and faith when life gets heavy.By the end of this episode, my hope is that you’ll walk away feeling encouraged, strengthened, and reminded that your season of discomfort is shaping your character — and that God is preparing something greater for you.Plus, I’ll give you the latest details about The Grace Gathering happening on January 17th, 2026 — a safe, intimate, and uplifting experience filled with networking, live podcast content, and so much more.Scriptures Referenced in This EpisodeJames 1:2–4 (NIV)“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”Romans 5:3–5 (NIV)“Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”1 Peter 5:10 (NIV)“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.”Job 42:10 (NIV)“After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.”Feel free to contact me [email protected] can also connect with me on social media—links are posted below. The Beauty of Starting Over
In this episode, I’m sharing my heart about what it really means to start over. So many of us stay in jobs, relationships, or even mindsets because we’re scared to begin again. But the truth is, there’s so much beauty and freedom on the other side of that decision. I talk about why starting over can feel uncomfortable, the power of trusting God through the process, and how we can walk into new seasons without fear. We’re stepping into October and the last quarter of the year, so this is your reminder that it’s not too late to reset, refocus, and believe God for more. It's Time to Lock In!
In this episode I’m talking about The Great Lock-In a trend that started on TikTok but hit me in a real way. From September to December the goal is simple lock in on what matters most and cut out the distractions. For me this is more than a trend it’s a reminder that we can’t wait for a new year to start fresh if we’re not taking care of what’s right in front of us. I share my own struggles with staying consistent how life can throw curveballs and why locking in requires focus boundaries and discipline. All It Takes Is One Yes!
In this episode, I’m sharing a story that’s really close to my heart. Over 10 years ago, when I was working at a call center, I would spend my breaks talking about my dreams, my love for fashion, and the vision I had for my future. At the time, I didn’t even realize who was listening. One of my colleagues, who is now one of my good friends, Erica, surprised me in 2014 with a gift that changed everything—her old MacBook. She told me she believed in me and wanted me to use it to help fund my vision. That moment reminded me that sometimes, all it takes is one yes to spark a journey. As I was cleaning my closet the other day and came across that same MacBook, I felt led to share this story with you. My hope is that it encourages you to keep speaking about your vision, even when it feels like nobody is listening, because you never know who is quietly believing in you.Make sure to like, comment, subscribe, and share this podcast. The Power of Pivoting: When Life Forces You to Shift
In this episode, I’m talking about something I know all too well — the power of pivoting. Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, whether it’s in our mindset, our jobs, our relationships, or our finances. I’ve had to pivot more times than I can count, and every single time it’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and into something better — even when it didn’t feel that way in the moment.I’m sharing my personal pivots, what I learned from them, and why those uncomfortable shifts are usually worth it. If you’re in a season of change or feeling the nudge to shift directions, this episode is your reminder that the pivot might be exactly what you need.Feel free to contact me [email protected]. Be Receptive – Don’t Block What’s For You
In this episode, I’m sharing something that has been on my heart. One of my friends told me, “I have something for you, but I need you to be open to receive it.” And whew—when I tell you that made me pause. I didn’t realize how hard it is for me to receive, because I’ve always been the giver. The one who shows up. The one who figures it out. But that conversation made me sit with the truth: sometimes we block what’s for us because we don’t know how to receive it.So if you’re the strong friend, the one who always carries it all—I recorded this episode for you too. I want to remind you that just because you’ve learned how to do it alone doesn’t mean you’re supposed to.Let this be the week you open your hands, open your heart, and allow yourself to be poured into.Feel free to contact me [email protected]. Fruit Is Coming: Trust the Process
In this episode, I’m sharing what God placed on my heart after reading a quote on the Threads App that simply said, “Don’t give up before living in your fruit. You’re nurturing the soil. The roots are established. Growth is happening.” (via Kiara @chicinsneaks) Whew—if that spoke to you like it did to me, then this episode is for you. We’re talking about the seasons of growth, what it really means to stay rooted, and why it’s okay if your “fruit” hasn’t shown up yet. God is still moving in the hidden places. And I have to give a special shoutout to Kiara, who shared that powerful quote. She is a true visionary and amazing creative, be sure to follow her and show her love: @chicinsneaksIf you’re in a waiting season, a building season, or even a tired season—just know you’re not alone. You Gotta Think B...Bigger!
Hey y’all — I’m back with a brand-new episode of The Style Grace Podcast, and this one is special. I took a little time off after the passing of my grandmother, Mamie Ruth Scott, and I want to first say thank you. Thank you to every single person who reached out, prayed for me, and gave me the space to just be. I felt it. And I appreciate you more than you know. Now that I’m back, I’m coming with a word — and this one’s dedicated to my grandmother. This episode is called “You Gotta Think B”— and B stands for Bigger. I had a conversation with a peer about pricing their services, and they told me, “I can’t charge that much… folks around here don’t have it.” And that moment? Whew. It reminded me just how often we talk ourselves out of the very things we prayed for.So, in this episode, I’m unpacking what it means to stop shrinking, stop settling, and start thinking bigger — notjust in business, but in how we honor our gifts. This episode is close to my heart — and I hope it gives you the bold push you didn’t even know you needed.Let’s stop playing small.Let’s Walk in what’s already ours.Let’s think B — and then go be it.I also share a few books that helped me shift my mindset and build confidence around money and calling. Bet on Yourself: Stepping into Purpose & Visibility
In this episode of The Style Grace Podcast, I’m sharing some powerful gems from the UpliftHer Brunch, hosted by Kendrea Robinson, that truly blessed me. The keynote speaker, Roshanda Pratt, dropped so much wisdom on stepping into visibility, trusting God’s plan, and breaking free from fear and hesitation. This event reminded me—and now, I want to remind you—that: Your visibility will agitate people, but you can’t shrink back. Nothing with God is wasted—even the setbacks serve a purpose. You no longer have the right to be silent—your voice is needed. Consistency is God’s character—so what are you being faithful with?If you’ve been feeling stuck, hesitant, or afraid to step into your next level, this episode will encourage you, challenge you, and push you forward.Connect With Ms. Ro https://linktr.ee/therosholive?utm_source=linktree_profile_share&ltsid=7548d3f8-d89f-4de5-aa94-832885b74938Email: [email protected]: https://www.instagram.com/iamwhitney.victoria/Threads: https://www.threads.net/@iamwhitney.victoriaTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@thewhitneyvictoriaYouTube: https://youtube.com/@thewhitneyvictoria?si=OFxXx3s420Ct5uPdWebsite: https://beacons.ai/whitneyvictoriaDonate: https://cash.app/$WhitneyVictoria

No More Settling!
In this episode of The Style Grace Podcast, I’m getting real about the cost of settling in different areas of our lives. I’m talking about business, careers, friendships, andrelationships – and how accepting less than we deserve can drain us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I’m sharing how my growing relationship with God has helped me break the cycle of settling and see myself through His eyes –fearfully and wonderfully made I also talk about the importance of reciprocity in relationships. It’s so important to surround ourselves with people who pour into us the way we pour into them. Holding on to expired friendships and relationships can block the blessings Godhas in store for us, and sometimes, letting go is the most loving thing we can do – for ourselves and for them. This episode is all about refusing to settle, embracing God’s promises, and boldly pursuing the life we deserve. I’m sharing practical tips for breaking the cycle of settling and stepping into our true worth. If you’ve been struggling with letting go of things that no longer serve you or if you need a reminder that you deserve more, this episode is for you. This episode is all about choosing yourself, trusting God’s timing, and refusing to settle for anything less than what He has for you! It’s Time to Celebrate Yourself!
In this episode of The Style and Grace Podcast, we’re diving into the importance of celebrating yourself and acknowledging your victories—no matter how big or small. I share a vulnerable moment from my last therapy session, where I realized I didn’t take time to celebrate the launch of this very podcast, something I’ve been working toward for years. My therapist challenged me to reflect on why I often downplay my achievements, and it opened my eyes to a pattern so many of us share: neglecting to celebrate ourselves because we feel we haven’t “earned” it or are too focused on the next goal. Together, we’ll explore why it’s essential to break this habit and how celebrating yourself can boost your confidence, motivation, and gratitude. I’ll share practical, simple ways to acknowledge your wins, whether it’s journaling, treating yourself, or creating personal routines to mark your accomplishments. Don’t forget to connect with me on social media to share your wins. I’d love to celebrate with you! Email: [email protected].
