The Thrive Guide
by Kay Mastrocola, PT, DPT
I’m Dr Kay Mastrocola. Physical Therapist, Golden Retriever Enthusiast and Mental Health Advocate. I'm also the two brain cells behind the health care and higher education meme page @DPTs_With_Anxiety. I’ve spent the past 10 years navigating life with mental illness and I found a lot of survival guides out there, but none that talk about what happens next. No one is talking about the radical space between surviving and thriving and so I created this podcast as a way to ask questions and embrace the awkward in pursuit of finding what success truly means. Thanks for coming along too- this is The Thrive Guide.
