  1. 10

    #10: Primer (2004)

Well, Jason and Nick tried to make it work but unfortunately, this is going to be the last episode for the unforeseeable future. So let's go out with a bang and discuss the MOTHER of all time time travel flicks, Primer. A movie so confusing, science can't even figure it out!

  2. 9

    #9: 12 Monkeys (1995)

Jason and Nick travel back to 1995 to join the Army of the 12 Monkeys, discussing every aspect of this film and pondering why people in the future are terrible at sending people back in time.

  3. 8

    #8: Looper (2012)

Jason and Nick peel back the layers to Rian Johnson's 2012 film "Looper" and discuss the many intricate plots happening and ponder if the movie itself is a paradox.

  4. 7

    #7: Coherence (2013)

When is a time travel movie NOT a time travel movie? When it's 2013's Coherence, a super low budget trippy film about a dinner party going astray. But does Nick and Jason like it, despite not being super time travel related?

  5. 6

    #6: Synchronicity (2015)

The Time Scale returns with your hosts Jason and Nick, a slight change to the format of the podcast, and then a discussion on a 2015 low budget indie flick featuring Michael Ironside and not much else.

  6. 5

    #5: Deja Vu (2006)

Despite what Tony Scott, the director of this episodes film, wanted, Jason and Nick get super deep and nerdy with "Deja Vu", talking about branching timelines and two versions of yourself running around. Also, Nick doesn't trust Jason and decides to take action!

  7. 4

    #4: Triangle (2009)

The Time Scale brings Jason and Nick to 2009's "Triangle" where they discuss if time loop movies are time travel or not. Then they discuss the many layers to this movie. And finally, Nick gets a rather disturbing phone call..

  8. 3

    #3: The Time Machine (1960 & 2002)

With The Time Scale malfunctioning, Jason and Nick find themselves in two different time periods at the same time, which leads to a discussion on both the 1960 AND 2002 versions of The Time Machine originally written by H.G Wells. While discussing what happens in both films, how time travel is used, and the differences, Jason and Nick ponder if you could EVEN travel to the future or not.

  9. 2

    #2: Predestination (2014)

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS! If you haven't seen this movie and want to watch along, go watch it first then listen. If you don't care about that kind of thing, listen on! But we reveal all the twists and turns in this movie! Jason and Nick land in 2014 and discuss Predestination starring Ethan Hawke and Sarah Snook. The Predestination Paradox, among others, are discussed and they both wonder if this is the most messed up time travel film they have ever seen. #1: Timecrimes (2007)

Jason Soto, obsessed with time travel, especially movies, needs an assistant for a crazy project. Nick Jobe responds to that ad. And now they travel off in The Time Scale, discussing time travel movies and the actual time travel theories behind each movie. And when that isn't enough, they get nerdy with it! First up, they travel to 2007 and discuss the Spanish film Timecrimes and how it may relate to the Novikov self-consistency principle.
