    HIS DIARY ENTRIES- Entry #01

    Today, I introduce our NEW segment, and I also give a window into my life.  I discuss 3 of my highlights of growth! I recite POETRY!! 10 of my poems badly read, by me. Diary Entry #01: Today is Monday January 30th 2023, Dear TrenchPod Diary, I wont lie I really missed recording! Well with 2022 behind us, I did a little reflecting, as I was planning my goals for the year 2023. I dotted down some highlights of growth, and I found that among others, my biggest highlights in terms of growth? uhmm I'll list 3 actually. In first place? is the trench pod! I am really proud of this baby boy of mine! Second after that Is self awareness! Thirdly, my ability to be present, just present!     I William Give Up...

    Today, I discuss Part 2 of the 5 Part series the "Zebra Crossing Rule".  I will be sharing with points associated with the topic "I William Give Up..." I begin by giving a brief recap of the Zebra Crossing Rule. I further integrate the look left, look right, and look left again rule with, giving up on individuals we may be associated with (be it friendships, relationships, and/or work relationships). I talk about the people we may be spending majority of our time with, and why it is good to give up on associates if they prove to be detrimental to you. I also, implement the Zebra crossing rule and show how we can weigh whether an individual is good for us.     Today, I discuss the topic "Zebra Crossing Rule". I will be sharing with points associated with the topic! I begin by talking about the mere Zebra Crossing Rule we all learnt in preschool/kindergarten. I further integrate the look left, look right, and look left again rule with, how we can decide if an individual is good for us to associate ourselves with. I give examples of subtle characteristics of individuals that we would want to associate ourselves with. I further discuss, having a routine/a daily structure! Planning of one's day! (how, and importance thereof). Focusing on making small improvements daily!     Are My Life's CATASTROPHES My Fault?

    Today, I discuss the topic "Are my life's catastrophes my fault?". I will be sharing 3 crucial points associated with the topic! 1. Taking Responsibility 2. Reflecting 3. Structure, Focus, Outlet (SFO). I begin by talking about the importance of catastrophes in life. I further discuss taking responsibility in life, and it's importance.
