The Victory Winn Show - Sexual Assault Awareness "My Story"
This was the most difficult episode I've done so far because I've shared part of my story. That being said, I feel it's important to share our stories for many reasons. My main reason is so that others don't feel alone and also I hope they feel they will be able to move forward and heal by hearing how I have. I continue to find ways to grow, learn, and move forward in this life that presents challenges, but I believe there are so many people who will help me free of judgment or condemnation. I encourage you to find folks that do the same for you if you don't feel like you have them now. I had to be willing to be vulnerable and trust others, which is not easy when you've had trauma. TRIGGER WARNING: THIS EPISODE CONTAINS SOME DETAILS OF CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT.

National Autism Awareness Month
This is a topic that is my honor to bring to light. I had the privilege of having a guest, Sarah, who is the parent of a child with Autism. She shares her experience, challenges, successes, and ways her family copes with her son's Autistic behavior. I apologize if you hear some static. It's not happening on the original recording. I don't own the rights to the music.

The Victory Winn Show - Finding Joy
This episode is focused on finding joy also known as self care. I like the idea that when we take the time to do things for ourselves, we find and feel joy. I was fortunate to have several of my friends, family, and former co-workers share what they do to find joy, so before you listen grab a piece of paper in case you hear something you want to try and want to write it down. I'm also challenging folks to share how you find joy and post a picture here or email me at [email protected] you for listening!
