    Motherhood in the Modern Village

The modern village is something we are all currently craving for and looking at how it fits together. However your village comes together is valid. Daycare, paid babysitting, au pair's, grandparents ,siblings, uncles, paid cleaners, meal delivery drops, or your trusty robe vac. It's all included. In this ep, I dive into the importance of discomfort when creating your village. And if you think that your village is created all by people who look the same as you, are the same age as you and think the same as you, you're actually getting in your way of truly calling in your community and village. Dysregulated Mother's Mental Load

This week I dive into a recent conversation I had with a bunch of girlfriends, half mothers, half not, and the importance of not gatekeeping parenting from the co-parent. Next I go there, is it a mother's mental load, yes it's real, yes it exists. OR is it the complete undernourishment of your nervous system, dsyregualted nervous system and fight-or-flight your existing in? This is a conversation for the middle, while it might seem a little spicy, I know that the people who need to hear it and get it will. Holding Life or Life Holding You

In this week's episode I am diving into a transformative experience I had in a float tank recently. Pondering how much effort am I exhausting trying to impact life through my own force, compared to allowing life to meet me where I am. I've spent the last few years cultivating trust within myself, and I am now being called to cultivate trust within life itself, and relinquishing control and gripping. It's an interesting deep dive, and I know you're going to get some takeaways from this one too.
