Live in a flexible plan, depending on your current state
Most people don't have that much talent of self-decipline, but we can make up for it by ajusting our plans in a smart way. Maybe someone doesn't have a stable living condition, or a fixed daily routine. It's ok to make it appropriate for you, even if you don't have so much enthusiasm in your life, you will finally find and conbine your interest with your daily routine practice!

Be calm, be determined, even if you feel like you were doing things wrong
Don't be frustrated when you re at the bottom of your innner world, just cheat yourself in exchange for peaceful mind. Your mindset health is the most important thing in the world, not the superficial right or wrong basing on traditional judgement.

Those small advise for you if you re living in a mandain period in your house
Don't make your life tedious, if you feel so, you could not self-decipline, self-esteem or even self-regulation. Work or Study or Going outside or Playing games.

A great emotion makes you gorgeous
Pleasing yourself, treating younger of yours, instead of burning out by blaming yourself and pleasing others. Stay healthy, that's the reason of your study, work, and earn.
