It is the earliest known literary reference to metallic cranial shielding — what the author's contemporaries would later call a tinfoil hat.Sir Julian Sorell Huxley was a biologist, futurist, and the man who coined the word transhumanism. He was also a man who chose his subjects carefully.The Institute has been documenting the protective properties of conductive materials since long before 1926.
