    Dr. Gaylene McKay - Performer Health, Life as a Physio and Injury Prevention

    Welcome back To Centre Stage! This week, we’re joined by renowned sports physiotherapist Dr Gaylene McKay, Managing Director and practising physio at Alphington Sports Medicine. With extensive experience working alongside Australian and New Zealand basketball teams, including travelling with the Australian Opals to the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, Gaylene brings elite-level insight into athlete performance, injury management and recovery. She has also worked closely with netball athletes across various levels of competition.
