Showing my work using speak tv
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=toluwanih/jflxqjzi When I joined Hive last year, I wasn't very active. My friend @princessbusayo who introduced me to Hive asked me why, and I told her I was busy with my baking stuff. She told me that I could also post my work and make tutorials on Hive. I was like, "Really?" and she said yes. She introduced me to 3Speak.tv and showed me how to use it. I posted some of my work there, and it was easy to use. This week, the Hive-Naija weekly prompt was to post a video using Speak, so I decided to video some of the work I've done that's yet to be delivered to customers. I'm still managing the corner of our sitting room for now before I save up and eventually get a shop. I made two different bento cakes for my customers and also a cream and chocolate cake for a two-year-old baby. I still have some cakes I haven't decorated yet, which I showed in the video and we decorate later. Baking is one of the things I love doing, I can bake and decorate anytime and this is possible because I am still a home baker and online is my shop.

Small chops recipe for beginners
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=toluwanih/brthyyze Hello Hivers! I'm passionate about baking and making snacks, and among my favorites are small chops! I recently received a request from a customer for small chops, and as I was preparing them, I thought, why not share the recipe with you? [Image is mine] You can make small chops at home for your family or even start a side hustle like mine. Here are the ingredients you'll need for the fillings: For Spring Roll Filling: Carrot Cabbage Little oil Salt Maggi (to taste) Onion For Samosa Filling: Meat Green peas Carrot Onions Little oil Chop all your veggies and sauté them in a pot with a little oil over low heat. Add water to boil, then proceed with the recipe. For the Wrap: Flour Little salt Baking powder Mix the dry ingredients, add water, and mix again. You can find the measurements in the video above. One of the best things about small chops is how versatile they are. You can experiment with different fillings and toppings to create unique flavor combinations that suit your taste. Here are some ideas to get you started: Veggie Delight: Replace the meat in your samosa filling with roasted vegetables like sweet potatoes, or carrots. Seafood Option: Add some shrimp or crab meat to your spring roll filling for a seafood-inspired snack. Herby Flavor: Mix some chopped fresh herbs, like parsley, basil, into your filling for a fresh and refreshing taste. Small chops are a stable snack at parties, especially in Nigeria. Everyone loves them, and I hope you will too! Give it a try and let me know what you think. Have you ever made small chops before? What's your favorite filling or topping combination? Share your experiences, tips, and recipes in the comments below!

My homemade bread
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=toluwanih/jqtlyopn [image is mine] I'm not a huge bread lover, but I do get cravings for it from time to time. A few weeks ago, I had a strong craving for bread and decided to try making it myself instead of buying it. The result was amazing! Bread is not only delicious, but it's also nutritious. Here are some of its benefits: Carbohydrates: Bread is a good source of carbohydrates, which provide energy for the body. Fiber: Whole grain bread is rich in dietary fiber, which can help lower cholesterol levels and promote digestive health. B Vitamins: Bread is a good source of various B vitamins. Minerals: Bread can be a good source of minerals. If you're interested in trying your hand at making bread, here's the recipe I used: Ingredients: 2 cups of flour 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of yeast 1/2 teaspoon of milk flavor 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg 2 tablespoons of butter 1 egg 1/2 cups of milk Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix. Knead for 10-15 minutes. Let dough rest until doubled in size. Shape, let rest, and bake. Don't worry if your bread shape doesn't turn out perfectly - mine didn't look perfect, but it tasted amazing! Would you like to give it a try?" Everything is explained in the video.
