A little about The Tough Enough Movement is that we want to show people that they are tough enough. Tough enough to talk about things and open up. Tough enough to hold onto the people and things they love. Tough enough to let go of their past- wrong things that have happened to them or wrong things they have done. Tough enough to be there for others. Tough enough to fight through. Just tough enough. We want to be here to show people that no matter what is going on in their life there is a way out. Our goal is to be a resource to people. Hopefully with time we will be able to connect them to the help they need, by exploring resources to make them more available and known to them. We want to show people better coping mechanisms to help life situations.The podcast will be an interview style. We will bring people on to get to know them. Do a quick synopsis of their life (where they are from, what they do for a living, big events in their life). Then go into the reason we brought
