How to Get 5x More Out of Yourself With AI

We live in a world where all the knowledge we could ever want is right at our fingertips, but the real question is how do we actually use it. In this episode I break down what I see as the three levels of AI. At the base level you’ve got prompting, which most people are familiar with. Then you move up to automations, connecting different systems and letting them talk to each other. And at the top of the pyramid are AI agents, which is where things get really interesting because these agents don’t just answer your questions, they actually learn how to do your job alongside you.We sit down with Alex from Integral Media who shares his journey of building a digital agency and how businesses are starting to integrate AI into their workflow. We talk about what this looks like in practice, how it can improve efficiency, how AI can even help train and onboard staff, and the challenges business owners are facing right now as the landscape changes. This is a big picture conversation about where AI is heading, what it means for the future of work, and how to think about the opportunities and risks that come with it. If you’re curious about how to make AI work for you rather than against you, or just want to know what the next five to ten years could look like, this is one you’ll want to hear.

10 Life Lessons I Wish I Knew Earlier

These are 10 life lessons I wish I had learnt earlierWhat are you willing to suffer for? A lot of people when speaking in terms of success will ask questions that will only regard the finishing product: “what do you want out of life”, “where do you see yourself in 5 years”. While these questions can be handy and having goals set is always a great idea; the problem is that the questions themselves lead to generalised answers that don’t possess any real meaning to you as an individual. The fact is that we all want nice things, we all want to be happy, feel good, be fit, healthy, travel and everything else in between. It’s easy to want. But not everyone will typically get there... and that’s because it requires a long mountainous struggle to achieve. There’s no doubt that everyone loves a good sunset, but sometimes to see that sunset you have to do certain things that you may not be willing to suffer through. Because happiness requires struggle. Real lifelong fulfilment and meaning have to be earned through the choosing and managing of daily struggles. You need to be willing to struggle for that outcome.Spend less time focusing on the outcome you’re after and get stuck into the process. If you really love the day ins and day outs of the journey than you’ll more than likely end up at your destination. However, if you don’t like the road you’re on... it’s best to choose a different one because life is the longest thing you’ll do, so do it right.00:00 Intro00:54 Nobody really cares... why it's liberating05:30 How to overcome the fear of criticism07:56 No one is coming to save you13:54 Achieve success with Short Term Goals16:49 How to get to the top of the mountain19:24 These habits will get you most of the way21:32 What actions lead to better results23:04 Something hard, something for the mind, something for the body26:46 How to get lucky36:03 Perfection doesn’t exist42:22 There is no EASY48:01 This is your only competition51:59 Alchemy is real1:04:28 Do this before you get old

    End Your Suffering For Good

How to Take Accountability & End Your Suffering (The Harsh Truth)A lot of people get caught up blaming their circumstances. They point to their upbringing, the government, the economy, their boss - anything but themselves. And look, I get it. There are real challenges out there. But the moment you start pointing fingers, you give up your power to change things. That’s the trap. Now, if you actually want to level up your life, it starts with taking full accountability. The second you say, “This is on me,” suddenly, you’re in control. You’re not waiting on anyone to save you. You’re the one making the decisions, calling the shots, and taking action. That’s what separates successful people from everyone else. Young people who actually make it in life - whether it’s in business, fitness, finances, whatever - they take extreme ownership of everything they do. They don’t sit around waiting for things to change. They make the change. And here’s the truth about suffering - you don’t end suffering by avoiding it. You don’t end suffering by numbing it with distractions. The only way out is through. You have to find meaning in the struggle. The people who achieve something in life, the ones who actually push through - they don’t see suffering as a roadblock, they see it as a necessary step. You might not be responsible for how things started, but you are 100% responsible for where you go from here. So, are you going to keep making excuses? How Australia is Destroying Young People’s Future

Why Young Australians Are Struggling to Buy a Home (And What to Do About It)Alright, let’s talk about something that’s on a lot of young Australians’ minds—is it even possible to buy a home anymore? We’re in a situation where house prices have skyrocketed, wages haven’t kept up, and more young adults than ever are still living with their parents because rent is through the roof. Transform Your Body & Mind in 2025

Make 2025 the year you take control of your health and fitness. It's time to transform your body and mind in 2025. If your goals are fat loss or muscle building based, the main thing that you’ll need to understand before everything else is the importance of Calories in VS Calories out. Along with this comes flexible dieting which is very prevalent amongst the fitness scene. Though far healthier than it's distant cousin - deprive, binge, repeat - being flexible can quickly turn into eating just about anything and everything that fits your macros. Some people bend over backwards just to come up with a creative way to eat unhealthy whilst giving off the impression of health. Wasting valuable time, rather than just focusing on building proper foundations. No matter how much mental gymnastics you pull, an apple is simply not a donut... big shock right? What I mean is that on the surface they could possess the same calorie content, but under the surface, the apple has a world full of extra benefits. Now, an apple & a donut aren't great comparisons. So instead let's use grapes and skittles. While grapes don't have the greatest micronutrient profile, they sure trump skittles. So, 100g of grapes is equal to 69 calories, while 100g of skittles is 405 calories. 4 times that of grapes! That’s the calories... but, how's the quality? Well, grapes have potassium, vitamin a, c, b, and iron to go along with that. You just simply can't get the same quality from eating junk. So, the point of all this wasn't to get you to throw out all the skittles and ice cream in your house. Instead, to encourage you find a healthy balance. It's all well to have some skittles, but make sure that's not all your having. You need to incorporate quality foods if you want to see quality results. A good ratio to shoot for is 80-85% of heathy & highly nutritious foods, and 15-20% “cheat foods”. Remember: the better quality of your diet, the better your skin, mind and body will look. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking for renewed motivation, 2025 is as perfect a year as any to make some progress.
