    Wishing grief away, putting ourselves down, hating life or ourselves are sure ways our grief will stay. How about for a change - we HONOR our grief instead? Allow ourselves to know that everything happens is for our highest good. Let's wake up to the ways we do acts of love for ourselves in our day to day and let's feel that love. We can say thank you to the grief, feel our own love, and in time grief is sure to melt away as we allow ourselves to hear the message of grief.This is an EFT Tapping session.

    Fear of Intimacy can come in many forms - fear of sex, fear of pleasure, fear of giving and receiving love, fear of people, fear of coming out of our comfort zone, fear of our own memories, and even fear of our own selves. This EFT Tapping session helps us understand and safely remember what might have happened to us in the past that led to this fear and how we can notice the love all around us. We honor the fear as a form of love that's trying to protect us and with that honor, love, and respect, we can release the fear. We allow healthy love to protect us instead.

Let's find out what loving message this block may have for us, why we placed it, what is the block trying to protect us from, and with the same love and respect that we picked up the block, let's release it.
