Trust the Crazy

If we don't have new problems, we're likely not growing.  The good things about problems are that once they're solved, they can serve as inspiration to others.  You may just have a solution to someone else's problem because you've gone through it before.  When we're trying to decide what to do or be in our entrepreneurial journey, it may not be a continuation of what our career was as an employee, but instead it may be something more personal.  Something that caused us pain, and now we want to help others avoid that pain. It's estimated that there are 73 million Americans who will retire by 2030.   A lot of people who are looking at retirement don't necessarily want to stop work as much as they just want more indepedence with their work.  They don't want to be in the 9-5 grind anymore, but don't want to simply sit around doing odd jobs.
