Until It Ran Into Me
by Brittany Byers
It ran in my family until it ran into meHello! My name is Brittany. I'm a 33 year old from California. I launched Until It Ran Into Me on March 21st, 2025. I've always been passionate and fascinated about and by the things that ultimately make us who we are and the things we have to overcome to be our best selves. What we experience in our childhoods and the way it affects our adult selves. What lessons do we learn and put a stop to? What cycles do we repeat? We all have a story and every part of that story matters. On this podcast, we'll have in-depth conversations through personal stories shared by myself about family dynamics, dysfunctional families, childhood trauma, self-awareness, personal growth, romantic relationships, mental health and SO much more. Let's have the hard conversations that always matter and grow, together.

My Brother's Keeper
In this deeply personal and emotional episode, I open up about life growing up with my brother, who is on the autism spectrum. Through stories filled with both challenges and laughter, I explore the unique bond we share — one built on patience, protection, and understanding. I also reflect on the shifting dynamics within our family, particularly the roles our parents played in our upbringing and even as we came into adulthood.Trigger Warning: Mentions of suicide and mentions of physical violenceSend Fan Mail!Support the showClick the link to find all of the places to follow and keep up with the podcast!https://linktr.ee/untilitranintomepodcast

Brain Dump #6
DISCLAIMER: I swear I'll have a "main" episode soon. This isn't becoming a solely brain dump podcast. I SWEAR. Oof.Anyway! I got a recording app on my phone so when the mood strikes, I can just do it there instead of being chained to my laptop. And so, it did this evening. This honestly might be my favorite brain dump yet! Apologies if the audio isn't great - learning to navigate the app. Life updates. Podcast updates. Late night thoughts. Family talk. Anxiety talk. The feels are endless. All that good stuff in this latest brain dump. xoSend Fan Mail!Support the showClick the link to find all of the places to follow and keep up with the podcast!https://linktr.ee/untilitranintomepodcast

Hello everyone! Quick note. I wanted to record another one of these... They're basically just what's on my mind at the moment with very minimal editing of the episode. It's nice to pivot from my regular kind of content and switch it up also. Maybe do this semi-regularly? Let me know what y'all think of these!
