From home supper club in Dubai to the World's Best Burger with Eleven Green's Sultan and Kinda Chatila
I chat with husband-and-wife duo Sultan and Kinda Chatila, the owners of the burger joint Eleven Green. But they are not your average restauranters. Working full-time time by day, at night Sultan and Kinda started an underground supper club Tano’s at 8 out of their home in Dubai, hosting dinners 3 times a week, often while their children slept upstairs. Following on from their success, Sultan – with no experience in burger-making, went on win best burger in the World Food Championships in Texas. He finally took the plunge and quit the corporate world. Shortly after Eleven Green was born, which everyone who lives in the UAE knows, has become something of an institution.
