Venue Visionaries Episode 1

Do you really know what goes on behind the scenes in managing a sport venue? Now is the time where you can learn from two industry experts.I am pleased to share with everyone that we have launched a new effort to help educate the next generation of venue managers. My cohort in crime, Matthew Kastel (Stadium Manager - Oriole Park at Camden Yards at Maryland Stadium Authority) and I have launched Venue Visionaries, as a podcast/videocast with each episode lasting around 15 minutes where we cover a current event and then share a question at the end for listeners to ponder before we give our answers. This allows the listener to gauge if they are retaining the key facts discussed by Matthew and I. We hope you enjoy it an can use it for training your students or staff members...or to tap into the collective 60 plus years of venue experiences we have.
