Shari Elle, Founder of The Living Work | Nonviolent Communication (NVC), The Intelligence of Empathy

Shari Elle is the founder of The Living Work, specialising in Leadership and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with trainings across Australia and online. Shari is a mother, speaker, entrepreneur, mentor and connector. Her expertise in NVC takes her back to her training with the late Marshall Rosenburg, who founded NVC during the civil rights movement in the 1960s in response to the need to resolve conflict.Shari’s work in NVC spans 25 years and has empowered leaders to build an authentic understanding of themselves, their people and customers leading to collaborative and meaningful solutions. This work is revolutionary. I’ve personally been a practitioner of NVC for 6 years. This practice moves away from the good vs bad or right vs wrong that’s embedded in western culture to go deeper, to hold authenticity and empathy. When one takes the time to connect and get to the heart of one another’s needs and values - what’s really important, that’s when solutions, the pathway forward, organically finds their way into the conversation. You can work with Shari directly.
