But because it reframes an entire lifetime. In this episode, I share the story behind my recent ADHD diagnosis, and how it shifted the way I understand my past struggles with anxiety, depression, burnout, and repeated patterns that never fully made sense. This isn’t a story about labels. It’s a story about recognition. About compassion. About finally finding language for something that was always there. For years, I navigated panic attacks, medication side effects, grief, burnout, and cycles of trying to fix symptoms without ever knowing the true root cause. From a medication interaction that went unnoticed for over a year, to deep exploration into mind-body health, herbs, movement, and nervous system support, every step led here.To understanding. To naming what had quietly shaped my life from the beginning.Receiving an ADHD diagnosis as an adult is not just clinical. It is emotional. Reflective. Disorienting. Liberating. In this conversation, I walk you through that journey. Not as an expert speaking from theory. But as someone standing inside the experience while it unfolds. Many adults live for decades without understanding why life feels harder than it seems to be for others. They are told they are anxious. Depressed. Overwhelmed. Burned out.But sometimes, those are not the root causes. They are consequences. This episode opens a conversation about late diagnoses, masking, misinterpretation of symptoms, and the long journey toward self-understanding.If you have ever wondered:* Why certain patterns repeat in your life* Why traditional approaches didn’t fully help* Why burnout keeps returning* Why you feel like you are constantly pushing uphillThis episode may resonate deeply.Dare, AlwaysME-----LISTEN / SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCASTSpotify: https://bit.ly/wwmepspotifyApple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/wwmepapplepodcastsYouTube: https://bit.ly/wwmepyoutubeNewsletter: https://bit.ly/wwmenewsletter-----CONNECT WITH ME✩ Website: www.marieevebedard.com✩ Substack: https://intothelightwithme.substack.com/✩ Instagram: www.instagram.com/walkwithmethepodcast✩ YouTube: www.youtube.com/@walkwithmethepodcast-----NEW TO ME?Welcome! E50 | The Art of Reinvention with Anne Alexander-Sieder

"The challenge always holds the solution and the answer is there if you ask the right question." - Anne Alexander-SiederIn this engaging conversation, host Marie-Eve Bédard and her guest Anne Alexander-Sieder explore themes of cultural identity, citizenship, and the journey of reinvention. They discuss the importance of overcoming limiting beliefs, the power of community, and the significance of mindset and personal branding in navigating the acting industry and life in general. The dialogue emphasizes the need to find one's passion and the impact of self-perception on personal growth. Ultimately, the conversation serves as a call to action for listeners to embrace their roles in life and pursue their curiosities.Anne Alexander-Sieder's Bio:I was a professional actor back in the US, and nearly 30 years ago, I moved to Germany for love—not my career. Life took me in a few different directions, but I always felt the pull to return to acting. So, at 47, after a 16-year break (and with less-than-perfect German!), I successfully relaunched my acting career from Munich. You can even catch me in the Hallmark Christmas movie A Heidelberg Holiday, streaming on Netflix. When I first decided to return to acting, I didn’t know where to start, so I began with training—just taking those first small steps. That foundational training became the launchpad for my career comeback. As I began booking more roles, other actors started coming to me for career guidance, which eventually led me to create Get Better Roles, a program to empower actors to get into the rooms that matter so they can land the roles they deserve. But this journey also taught me something big: so many people put their dreams on hold because they’re frozen in the “how,” waiting to feel like an “expert” before they even begin. This realization inspired Passion Project to Pro, my program to help people turn what they love into what they do—without needing to be an expert, influencer, coach.I’m living proof that dreams don’t have expiration dates. I’d love to share my story, what I’ve learned about resilience and reinvention, and how anyone can take that first step to build a life that genuinely fits who they are. Here's where you can find Anne Alexander-Sieder:- Linktree: https://linktr.ee/Act_Bold- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mrs.alexandersieder/- YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@ActBold- Passion Project to Pro: https://www.actboldtraining.com/p2- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/act_bold/- LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/annealexandersieder/- Websites: http://www.act-bold.com and https://www.actboldtraining.comStay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/Dare, AlwaysME Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

E49 | The Heartfelt Goodbye to Our Beloved Nanook

This is a very special episode about saying goodbye to my beloved dog Nanook. It is raw, authentic and simply beautiful. <3"The world does not change because the ones we love are no longer by our side.It is the eyes of our heart that are forever transformed by the alchemized intertwining of our souls together. The relationships we welcome into our lives are life altering because they teach us beyond the information in a book or a school black board. They burrow deep into our heart and rearrange its perspective at its core. The world is not forever changed because the ones we love are no longer in it.It is our own experience of the world that is forever altered by the catalyzing power of our shared moments.May we all remember the overflowing joy and the shared happiness we receive through living with an open heart.May we never close our hearts to the next encounter because the last one was too painful to endure or let go.May we listen to the wisdom that grief brings us - like sitting at the feet of Mother Nature teaching her children about love, cycles, and the present moment.May we use the spaciousness that we inherit, not as a void to flee away from, rather as a place to build temples in honor and memory of the unconditional love that now calls for another form to continue to grow.May we always nest in the knowledge of how privilege it is to have loved so deeply that our logical mind doesn't know how to be without. May we use the in-betweenness of our grieving to choose, to decide, what our next iteration of embodied love will be.May we remember what truly matters in the grand scheme of our lives, especially when the ego grips and claws in the illusion of control.May we allow this overwhelming pain and uncertainty to flow through us freely, to show us with certainty that we are not weaken because we have loved and lost, rather we are strengthen by the everlasting bond we shared with another being.May we stand in the knowledge that we are vessels of love and love only. And when everything else is removed, love will always continue to live beyond the physical form we once called by familiar name."Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/Dare, AlwaysME Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

By turning abstract thoughts into tangible images, this exercise allows you to process and release them without judgment.Thought Cloud Visualization Exercise Duration: 5-10 minutesFrequency: Ideal before starting a focused task, during moments of overwhelm, or as part of a nightly wind-down.1. Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down in a quiet space. Close your eyes and take a few deep belly breaths to settle your body and mind.2. Imagine the Sky: Picture yourself lying in a field or sitting on a hill, gazing up at a wide, open sky.  The sky represents your mind: vast, limitless, and open. 3. Identify Your Thoughts:  Notice any thoughts in your mind—big or small, loud or quiet. Acknowledge each thought without judgment, simply labeling it (e.g., “worry,” “plan,” “memory”).4. Place Each Thought on a Cloud:  Imagine each thought gently forming on a cloud in your sky. Visualize the cloud taking shape, holding the thought, and beginning to float away.5. Watch the Clouds Drift: Watch each cloud slowly move across the sky, growing smaller as it drifts into the distance. If the thought comes back, simply place it on another cloud and repeat the process.6. Return to the Sky: After a few minutes, notice the sky beginning to clear, with fewer clouds in sight. Rest in this quiet, open space, enjoying the sense of stillness.Practical Tips for Thought Cloud Visualization1. Use a Trigger for Practice: Practice when your mind feels particularly busy, or add it to your bedtime routine to release the day’s mental clutter. 2. Don’t Force the Clouds Away: If a thought lingers, that’s okay. Focus on observing it rather than trying to push it out of your mind. 3. Add Gentle Music: Use soft, instrumental music or nature sounds to enhance the calming effect of the exercise. 4. Practice Without Judgment: Remember, the goal isn’t to "stop thinking" but to create space and perspective. Be kind to yourself if your mind stays active. 5. Combine with Gratitude: At the end of your session, take a moment to reflect on one thing you’re grateful for, anchoring yourself in a positive mindset.Daily Practice Example  Morning: Use the exercise to set a clear, focused mindset for the day.  Midday: Pause for a few minutes during a busy day to release mental clutter.  Evening: Practice before bed to quiet your mind and transition into restful sleep.Takeaway: Thought Cloud Visualization is a gentle yet transformative way to calm an overactive mind. By practicing this exercise, you’re training yourself to detach from thoughts that no longer serve you, creating space for clarity, calm, and inner peace.Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration: FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/ All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/Dare, AlwaysME Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

E40 | Guided Belly Breathing Exercise

This episode is part of Seven Days of Serenity, an experience offered from November 15 to 21, 2024.You can purchase the access to the full experience here: https://shop.marieevebedard.com/seven-days-of-serenity/?ref=bonus-episodeBelly Breathing Exercise & the Vagus NerveToday, we’re starting with a simple yet powerful technique: Belly Breathing. This practice harnesses the body’s natural relaxation response by activating the vagus nerve, helping us connect with a sense of calm and presence. The Power of Belly Breathing Most of us breathe shallowly, which keeps the body on high alert. Belly breathing, or diaphragmatic breathing, shifts the body into a restful state, calming both mind and body. It activates the vagus nerve—a key player in the body’s "rest-and-digest" system. About the Vagus Nerve The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the body, connecting the brain to key organs like the heart, lungs, and digestive system. When stimulated through deep breathing, it signals the body to relax, lowering heart rate, reducing anxiety, and improving digestion. Benefits of Strengthening Vagal Tone:  Higher heart rate variability (HRV), improving resilience to stress.  Better emotional regulation and adaptability to stress.  Lower inflammation and potential benefits for long-term health. Belly Breathing Exercise Duration: 5-10 minutes Frequency: Morning, midday, or evening (or all three if time permits!) 1. Find a Quiet Space: Sit or lie down comfortably. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. 2. Inhale Slowly: Breathe in through your nose for 4-5 seconds, allowing your belly to rise. Your chest should stay as still as possible. 3. Exhale Slowly: Breathe out through your mouth for 6-7 seconds, feeling your belly fall as the air leaves your body. 4. Repeat for 5-10 Minutes: Stay focused on the rhythm of your breath. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breathing. Practical Tips for Integrating Belly Breathing into Daily Life1. Anchor It: Link your practice to daily routines, like waiting in line or before meals. 2. Quick Reset: In stressful moments, pause and take 1-2 minutes of belly breaths to regain calm. 3. Visual/Tactile Cue: Place a small object on your belly when lying down to feel the rise and fall. 4. Add an Affirmation: Use calming phrases like, “I am safe” or, “I let go of tension” as you breathe. 5. Create a Safe Space: If possible, practice in a calming environment with dim lighting or relaxing music. Daily Practice Example  Morning: Start the day with 3-5 minutes of belly breathing to set a calm, centered tone.  Midday: Take a few deep belly breaths before lunch or whenever you feel tense.  Evening: End the day with a 5-minute belly breathing session to prepare for restful sleep. Remember: These few minutes each day can provide significant returns on well-being. Over time, your body will naturally shift toward a calm, resilient state. Takeaway: Today, you’re building a powerful tool for serenity. As you practice, notice any shifts in your mood, energy, or sense of calm.Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration: FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/ All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/Dare, AlwaysME Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

E38 | Redefining Identity Amidst Childlessness: A Journey Towards Acceptance with Marie-Helene Brody

"You have to want it. You have to want to transform. You have to want to reinvent yourself. And that comes with growing pains. It's difficult to do, but if you are able to learn to love life again in this other way, in this other life that you didn't choose, it's a pretty good life." - Marie-Helene BrodyIn this episode, listeners are invited into an insightful conversation between host Marie-Eve Bédard and Marie Helene Brody, a bilingual speech-language pathologist specializing in young children with language disorders and developmental challenges like autism.Marie-Helene offers a unique perspective on both professional and personal growth. The conversation takes a poignant turn towards Marie-Helene’s five-year struggle with infertility involving several medical interventions (insemination, IVF treatments, egg donation, etc.). This journey was fraught with emotional exhaustion compounded by multiple miscarriages which led her to seek therapy—a crucial step toward healing where she learned self-compassion amidst grief. Her narrative reflects broader themes prevalent among many women who face societal pressures regarding motherhood—pressures demanding acknowledgment alongside internal dialogues promoting kindness towards oneself during such trials.Tune in now to hear more about her story!Marie-Helene's Bio: I am a 49 year-old childless woman who lives in the Greater Montreal Area in Quebec. I am a Speech-Language-Pathologist who works with young children who have language and developmental difficulties in private practice for the last 17 years. I am also married and I have been with my spouse for the last 17 years. We had two cats for many years, one passed away last year, we are left with our 16 year old cat that we adopted when we first got together. We tried having a child for about 10 years (from early 30s to early 40s), tried at home, with IVF, many early miscarriages, operations, egg donation, nothing worked. I went to therapy for two years bc I was lost in my identity and my grief was so intense. I finally found Femme Sans Enfant, a saving life line for me...women who understood from the inside what I was going through. They are my second family. I have also contributed actively to further the cause of childless women and people: I participated in many (7) university studies in the fields of psychology, sociology, anthropology, women studies, fine arts, and poetry, by sharing my experience. I also made a video interview with Catherine Emmanuelle Delisle, the founder of FSE about my experience, which she shared during her many conferences to women and childless people here in Quebec and in France. I also participated a few years ago in a TV program here in Quebec called Rire Sans Tabou on childless and childfree people, two men, two women, by choice and by circumstance. I participate every year in the World Childless Week by writing a text online on different topics, like the importance of our pets in our lives. After MUCH work on myself, I am finally at peace with being childless, when I had thought it was not possible...If you'd like to connect with Marie-Helene Brody, you can contact me on social media and I will put you in contact with her.Links to organizations mentioned in this episode:- World Childless Week: https://worldchildlessweek.net/- Wave of Light: https://babyloss-awareness.org/wave-of-light/- Femmes Sans Enfant: https://femmesansenfant.com/Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/And for a deeper connection, you can join the Walk with ME Community in Telegram for exclusive content and real time conversation. E32 | Strong Ones Do It Alone. Smart Ones Do It Together.

"Strong Ones Do It Alone. Smart Ones Do It Together." - Marie-Eve BédardOne key takeaway from this episode is the distinction between personal power and circumstantial power, how one feeds the growth of the other and how important it is to have them both evolve hand in hand. While it's vital to harness one's inner strength and capabilities, it is equally important to align external circumstances with one's vision. This involves curating environments—reflected by those five people you spend most time with—that nurture your aspirations instead of stifling them.Host Marie-Eve encourages listeners to identify energy leaks caused by unsupportive settings or relationships. She advocates restructuring these environments through setting boundaries and engaging in necessary conversations that bolster one's path forward.Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/Here's the link to join Seven Days of Serenity: https://shop.marieevebedard.com/seven-days-of-serenity-free-experience/?ref=podcastlinke32And for a deeper connection, you can join the Podcast Companion Community Telegram for exclusive content and real time conversation. E30 | Please Do Cry: The Healing Power of Tears

"Please do cry. Let your emotions flow like water. Through your tears, you will find clarity, calm, and healing." - Marie-Eve BédardIn this heartfelt episode of Walk with ME, host Marie-Eve dives into an often overlooked yet fundamental part of human emotional regulation—crying. Why are we so quick to tell someone, “Please don’t cry,” when tears are a natural, healing process? Join Marie-Eve as she defends the power of tears, explaining the types of tears, their physiological benefits, and why emotional tears, in particular, are so critical for our mental and physical well-being. Learn how releasing emotions through crying can lead to a sense of clarity, relief, and even euphoria, all thanks to the body’s production of stress-relieving hormones like endorphins.Marie-Eve also sheds light on how we, as children, naturally use tears to communicate needs and how society often conditions us to suppress them as adults. This episode explores how, instead of saying "please don’t cry," we can create safe spaces for emotional release and embrace crying as an important tool for nervous system regulation. With personal insights, practical tips on creating conducive environments for emotional release, and the science behind why crying is so powerful, Marie-Eve encourages listeners to reconnect with their tears and see them as a form of self-care and emotional cleansing.Stay connected with ME on social media where she continues to share insights and inspiration: FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign All the Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/And for a deeper connection, you can join the Podcast Companion Community Telegram for exclusive content and real time conversation. E29 | Embracing Vulnerability & Redefining Self-Care Amid Societal Challenges with Anick Desrosiers

"To me, being realist means that you see the things that are going not well, but you also see the possibilities for you and for your community to make things better. E23 | Understanding Equanimity: Stories About Life's Waves

"Bad luck brings good luck and good luck brings bad luck. This happens without end and nobody can estimate it." In this episode, I introduce "Summer Heat Celebrations," a unique 24-day event taking place on Telegram where I will share daily thoughts and behind-the-scenes insights during my travels. I contrast storytelling about past experiences with sharing real-time reflections, offering participants an intimate look at how I navigate life. The discussion shifts rapidly to a deeper topic that has been on my mind – equanimity. Equanimity is presented as a misunderstood concept often confused with indifference. Through stories like "The Old Man Who Lost His Horse" and "The Monk in the Boat," listeners are encouraged to view life's events not as personal fortune or misfortune but simply as occurrences that can offer lessons and growth opportunities.By cultivating mindfulness, we learn not to let external circumstances define us or control our reactions. Instead, we can respond thoughtfully and maintain mental balance even amidst challenges.Listeners interested in exploring these themes further are invited to join the "Summer Heat Celebrations" for daily doses of wisdom on living freely without being swayed by life’s metaphorical waves.Boundless Love,METo join Summer Heat Celebrations:https://shop.marieevebedard.com/summer-heat/?ref=S3E7Stay in the know and keep getting inspired:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- Link Page: https://links.marieevebedard.com/- Website: www.marieevebedard.com Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

E21 | Interconnected Minds: Scientific and Spiritual Insights from a Neurodivergent Perspective with Dr. Rabia Subhani

"When your soul finds its home, your heart is going to know." - Dr. Rabia SubhaniIn this episode of The ReEnvision Podcast, we dive into a conversation that bridges the gap between science and spirituality with Dr. Rabia Subhani, a neuropsychologist whose journey has led her from the rigors of scientific inquiry to the depths of Sufi mysticism.Dr. Subhani's narrative is not just about personal transformation; it's an exploration into how embracing our spiritual path can profoundly influence our professional lives. She brings to light her commitment to a neurodivergent affirming paradigm—viewing conditions like autism and ADHD as natural variations in human cognition rather than disorders—and how this perspective shapes her practice. Our discussion transcends conventional boundaries as we touch on themes central not only to Sufism but universal across cultures: compassion, authenticity, and interconnectedness. Through Dr. Subhani’s lens, we see that these ancient teachings are more relevant now than ever in promoting personal growth and understanding within society. She talks about the importance of recognizing each individual’s unique contribution without feeling compelled to 'fix' them—an approach that resonates deeply in today’s world where inclusivity is key yet often sidelined by outdated notions of normality. This enlightening dialogue offers insights for both professionals in mental health fields and anyone seeking alignment between their inner truth and outer work. It reminds us that at our core lies an interwoven tapestry of experiences calling us towards greater fulfillment—not through changing who we are but by embracing it wholly.Join me on this profound journey with Dr. Subhani—a testament to what becomes possible when one aligns their purpose with their deepest spiritual convictions.Boundless Love,MEStay in the know and keep getting inspired:- FB: https://www.facebook.com/me.bedard- IG: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- Links: https://links.marieevebedard.com/- Website: www.marieevebedard.com-----About my special guest:Hi! E19 | Of War Jets and Fear: The Power of the Present Moment

"What I didn't realize was that I was claiming back the space that belonged to the present moment, which also brings me back to my power - in the present, to my connection in the present moment."- Marie-Eve BédardIn this reflective episode recorded on-the-go, I take you on an introspective journey from the tranquility of a forest setting. As I navigate through my thoughts and the unexpected early morning disruptions caused by military planes overhead, I explore the themes of fear, change, and presence.Throughout the episode, I delve into the importance of acknowledging and working through fears stored in our bodies. Living in Europe amidst current events like the Ukraine war has profoundly impacted my sense of safety, highlighting the realization that geographical proximity to conflict zones can bring about a heightened awareness of global issues. Moreover, I examine how our minds react to both real and imagined threats, blurring lines between past traumas or future anxieties with present reality. I share strategies for reclaiming power through mindfulness practices that anchor us back into the present moment and discuss the physiological response to fear as energy moves throughout our body – understanding masculine reactive energy versus feminine grounding energy.Additionally, I offer practical advice on how to ground oneself during moments of anxiety or discomfort, extending an invitation for listeners who wish to learn more about managing their emotional responses.Boundless Love,MEStay in the know and keep getting inspired:- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/melifestyledesign- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/melifestyledesign/- Link Page: https://links.marieevebedard.com/- Website: www.marieevebedard.com- Newsletter: https://marieevebedard.us17.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=19ba52dcc76c129303a481bf2&id=b9b1c3786f Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe

E17 | A Season of Remembrance from Palm Sunday to Mother's Day

"I want you to remember that you always have the choice. You always have the agency. You always have that light within that you can really draw and really put to use in saying: I'm going forward. I'm going forward because this is who I am & because this is what I came here to experience. And this is where I show how much of a warrior I am." - Marie-Eve BédardDESCRIPTIONIn this episode, I dive into a deeply personal and reflective narrative about life, loss, spirituality, and the human experience. Fourteen years ago marked not only a pivotal moment in my life but also began a recurring season of introspection from Palm Sunday through Mother's Day. In other words, every year in the Spring, I enter an Season of Remembrance. In this particular episode, I reflect how Easter's shifting dates serve as an annual reminder of the period leading up to my mother’s passing on April 23rd, 2010, due to metastasized breast cancer. You'll be taken back to 2010 when I returned from working in the Maldives as a scuba diving instructor and biologist to be with my terminally ill mother. Amidst planning for future endeavors like visiting Paris – a dream my mother and I both shared – we faced, as a family, challenging decisions regarding palliative care and pharmaceutical trials for her.In one of the most profound conversations with my mother during that time, I shared with her how important it was for me to empower her with choice and agency over continuing or ending treatment based on quality of life rather than mere survival. This poignant discussion highlights themes such as personal power, emotional intelligence, resilience, courage, and unconditional love.As I vividly recall moments that encapsulate the indomitable spirit within us all; like witnessing my mother joyously singing along to Christina Aguilera’s rendition of the song “Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?” despite being gravely ill - illustrating that even at our lowest points there remains an inner light ready to shine forth against all odds. You can expect more explorations into embracing humanity's essence alongside insights into soul purpose particularly aimed at empowering women with deep-seated truths about themselves.Join us for this new season where vulnerability meets empowerment. This Walk with ME · The Podcast (formerly The ReEnvision Podcast) episode 17 is also available on:🎧 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/episode/6p757jTSKeyf0MBwaNIaZt?si=d81609cb21a94c9b🎧 Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/e17-a-season-of-remembrance-from-palm-sunday-to-mothers-day/id1712303141?i=1000653296746💻 YouTube: https://youtu.be/hhq5brRaI4UDare, AlwaysME--------LISTEN / SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCASTSpotify: https://bit.ly/wwmepspotifyApple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/wwmepapplepodcastsYouTube: https://bit.ly/wwmepyoutubeNewsletter: https://bit.ly/wwmenewsletterCONNECT WITH ME✩ Website: www.marieevebedard.com✩ LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/mebedardofficial✩ Instagram: www.instagram.com/walkwithmethepodcast/✩ Instagram: www.instagram.com/intothelightwithme✩ YouTube: www.youtube.com/@walkwithmethepodcast✩ Facebook: www.facebook.com/mebedardofficial--------NEW TO ME?Hi! "What do you need to rest without judging yourself, without saying or thinking this doesn't make any sense, and communicate it with trusted people around you." - Marie-EveAs I observe my dog Nanook’s behavior post-surgery, I felt the call to translate it into broader insights about caring for those who are recovering, healing or grieving.Whether its ourselves or our loved ones.I also talk about how we can often struggle both with identifying what we/they need during times of distress and how we/they communicate these needs effectively.Boundless Love,MECurrent ways to work with me:ONE The MembershipOne Day 1:1 CoachingOne Month 1:1 MentoringStay in the know and keep getting inspired:FacebookInstagramLink PageWebsiteNewsletter Get full access to At the Edge of Disappearing Paths at intothelightwithme.substack.com/subscribe
