    Sensation Grounding Meditation

When life becomes overwhelming, taking a moment to ground yourself and deliberately notice the sensations around you can help calm your nervous system

  3. 15

    Pause in Breath Meditation

Sometimes, the most important moment is the pause in your breath. In today's meditation, we will practice focusing our mind on this.

  4. 14

    Meditation on Letting Go

We all need help releasing our struggles sometimes. This meditation will help you do that.

  5. 13

    Meeting Your Inner Self

Many of us have never had a chance to sit with ourselves. Today, we will visualize meeting our inner selves and spending time with them.

  6. 12

    Hum Sah Meditation

Having something to tie the breath to can help us settle gently into meditation. Today, we tie our breath to the phrase "hum sah."

  7. 11

    Breath Centering Meditation

Sometimes, all we need is a few minutes of focusing on the breath to be in a better place, mentally.  This meditation is designed to help you quickly center yourself and refocus for the day.

  8. 10

    Short, Beginner Restorative Yoga Session

Join me for a short restorative yoga session designed to help you find active relaxation.  The video of this session will be available on my YouTube Channel on Friday, May 09, 2025, at 6 p.m. est.

  9. 9

    Breath Focus Practice

In today's practice, you will observe your breath. The challenge will be to simply observe without changing it.

  10. 8

    Single Word Meditation

In today's meditation, I ask you focus on one single word. That word should be something that you want to improve or work on (family, love, work, health, etc.).  The simple act of focusing your energy on that word might allow your brain to come up ways to help you improve.

  11. 7

    Glowing Orb Pain Relief Meditation

The human mind is a powerful thing. This meditation is designed to help you reduce any pain and tension you feel.

  12. 6

    Cloud Meditation

Visualization can be a helpful tool while meditating.   Today, you will practice visualizing sending your thoughts away on a cloud to help calm your mind.

  13. 5

    Straw Visualization

When focusing on the breath in meditation, visualizations can be useful to help you go deeper. One relatively easy visualization is to visualize the spine as a straw pulling light up the straw with each inhale and allowing the light to slide down the straw with each exhale.

  14. 4

    Loving Kindness

A loving kindness meditation helps the practitioner feel closer to humanity.  It is a way to send love and peace out into the world while inviting it into your heart.  If you enjoyed this meditation, visit my website and follow my socials: www.wanderlust-yoga.fit

  15. 3

    Body Scan

A body scan meditation is a great way to really focus on each and every part of your body and relax it.    Since the first meditations I am doing are for busy people, this is a slightly abbreviated version that focuses on larger body segments instead of each tiny segment.    If you enjoyed this meditation, head to my website to follow me on my social: www.wanderlust-yoga.fit

  16. 2

    Gratitude Meditation

Studies have shown that it takes practice for the brain to default to gratitude.  This meditation will help you identify the things in your life that you are grateful for. Practicing this skill may make you feel a little less overwhelmed and anxious.  If you like this podcast, please like and share and head to my website to follow my socials: www.wanderlust-yoga.fit

  17. 1

    Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. You SHOULD NOT fall asleep during this meditation, but if you are very tired, you may.  If you would like to listen to soft relaxing music, feel free to play it on another device. You may also choose to enjoy the quiet of this meditation without it.    If you enjoyed this session, please like, share, and follow me on all my socials from my website: www.wanderlust-yoga.fit
