Hoy les traigo una recopilación de mis primeros e incluso de mis actuales videos que he estado realizando durante todo este tiempo que he adoptado esta disciplina. Como pueden apreciar, este video se trata sobre mis avances en el handstand y muscle up, debo admitir que tengo mas control en lo que respecta al handstand. Sobre el muscle up es algo que he estado entrenando estos últimos meses para así lograrlo, no lo hago de la mejor manera pero es debido a que fue hace poco que logre realizarlo, les prometo que no me detendré aqui, necesito lograr hacer este movimiento de una forma mas estricta y mejor realizada. Mi meta es poder realizar distintas forma de hacer el handstand, ya sea a una a mano, pino bandera o pino bruja, en la calistenia empece fue haciendo dicho movimiento y es el que mas me gusta, es increíble poder dominarlo y hacerlo prácticamente en cualquier lugar. Pido disculpas ya que en algunas tomas las hice de forma vertical, no tenía conocimiento de que en algun momento se apreciaría mejor de forma horizontal, a partir de ahora mis tomas seran de forma horizontal para que puedan apreciar mejor mis avances en futuros videos. As you can see, this video is about my progress in the handstand and muscle up, I must admit that I have more control when it comes to the handstand. About the muscle up is something that I have been training these last months to achieve it, I do not do it in the best way but it is because it was recently that I managed to do it, I promise that I will not stop here, I need to do this movement in a stricter and better performed way. My goal is to be able to perform different ways of doing the handstand, either a handstand, flag pine or witch pine, in calisthenics I started doing this movement and it is the one I like the most, it is amazing to be able to master it and do it almost anywhere. I apologize because in some shots I did them vertically, I was not aware that at some point it would be better appreciated horizontally, from now on my shots will be horizontally so you can better appreciate my progress in future videos.
