Catching up since the holidays and addressing the age old topic of bullying.

My little one is getting bigger and things are looking a bit different with the holidays and we both have some growing to do as far as caring what other people think about us. More so me than her. But I learned a lot this Halloween and hoping I can keep growing from it. By the way, wasn’t able to edit out my annoying cough within the first 15 minutes, so I apologize, just bear with me. It gets better.

Through an unexpected emergency this weekend I have learned that letting go and accepting help is a must. And self care is not just nails and hair.

I’m providing an update on where we are one month into this journey and some ups and downs and how we are doing these days. It’s been a real eye-opener but lots of positive things coming out of it. Look forward to hearing your questions and comments. Thanks for listening!

Be kind, this is my first uncut episode, so it may ramble, but it’s real. You’ll hear about my new journey since being laid off and co-habitating with my coparent, all in the last month. It’s going to be quite a ride!
