I Still Struggle Sometimes & That's Okay.
Hi guys! Welcome back to the Well, That Was Strange Podcast. It's me, Bailey! I took a step back from my podcast (again lol) because honestly, life got in the way. Today I will be talking about the fact that I still struggle with my mental health sometimes! Although I've progressed immensely there are still bumps along the way, and I want to make that clear! :) It's okay to not have it together 100% of the time. I want to continue to be a voice for those struggling and prolong my mental health advocacy. My book Well, That Was Strange is now available on Indigo.ca and Barnes & Noble.com. It is also still available on Amazon! Thank you for everything, and all of the support! <3 I hope that you all enjoy this weeks episode!

Experiencing Manic Psychosis - My Mom's POV.
Hi Guys! Welcome back to Episode #2 of the Well, That Was Strange Podcast! Today I am super excited because I have my mom on the pod to talk about her own experience as a parent - watching her daughter go through mental illness. I asked my mom a series of questions to better describe what it was like. We're hoping that this episode could help out a parent or two. You're not alone in this although it can feel isolating as my mom mentions throughout this episode. <3

What happened?! My experience with manic psychosis.
Welcome to episode number 1! Today I'm going to be talking about my experience with manic psychosis. The ins and outs, the symptoms, the embarrassing moments and more! Talking about it out loud is a lot scarier then having it in writing but hopefully this helps somebody out! ☀️⚡️✨🥰
