Transforming from Awkward Kids to Coaching Fitness: Our Journey of Overcoming Shyness
Learn how to gain confidence with a health-centered approach in this YouTube podcast, with my fellow coach and friend James! You’ll learn tips on gaining self-confidence in the gym and life, with actionable self-confidence tips and how it improves your health. We both grew up as super awkward kids—like James didn’t sit with anyone during lunch for his entire junior year in high school. I had a pretty similar experience, where some girl tricked me to sit with her and her friends during lunch since I was a new kid—and they ignored me LOL. But we learned a lot as we grew and surrounded ourselves with positive figures and mentors along the way. Join us as we speak on how to overcome shyness, practical tips and advice on gaining self-confidence, and why it’s important to have a bigger goal and vision greater than yourself. That’s one of the keys to a fulfilling and more confident life. I really appreciate all the support we’ve received. Thank you all so so much! My friend James's instagram: @etpfitness
