We discuss avoidance, defensiveness, emotional shutdown, and how unresolved dynamics can leave someone feeling stuck and unsure of themselves. We explore the difference between toxicity and incompatibility, and how certain relationship patterns can slowly erode self trust. We then use tarot as a reflective tool to gain clarity around the situation and what the focus needs to be moving forward. In the second submission, we talk about learning tarot and why it does not have to feel overwhelming or intimidating.
